Release Reminder: Air Jordan 7 DMP 60+ Pack
Posted by Matt Halfhill | Aug 14, 2009 In the midst of the Back To School shopping season, the Air Jordan 7 DMP 60+ Pack will release. First announced to release on 8/22, the retro Jordan double pack will release tomorrow, August 15th at Jordan Brand retailers nationwide.
The Air Jordan 7 DMP 60+ Pack is composed of two pairs of the classic Air Jordan 7. The first being one that Michael Jordan wore while putting up 64 points on the Magic, and the second being inspired by Orlando colors. Once again, this pack will release TOMORROW, August 15th, for $310. |

i just went up the street to footlocker,there not selling good at all,they stil have every size left,ill cop these when they go on sale just like i did the 8/15 pack which are still on the shleves,patience is a virtue,thats how i can tell theres to many young new collecters,how could you be overly hyped about some 7,s,i heard on other boards/blogs also that these arent selling that good in new york,and other mutiple states,these are not popular at all,alot of people are passing cause there not going to pay 310 for some 7,but everybody will copp when the prices go down when the stores get tired of holding them for to long,ill be copping 12,s,11,s,and the 6,s, on the first day they drop,people are going to actually be spending there money on them,those wont get any shelf action this winter time,i guess the only people who bought this ugly pack was the dumb 15 youngsters posting on this site that dont have a wide varity in there jordan collection,like i said i dont like them,but i will fa sure get them like every other pack ive copped this year when they go on sale,cause there not heat,i cant wait for this winter time,jb is going to make up bigtime for all of these horrible colorways there making for first time buyers with these packs,retro 1 60+ pack was the only good heat this year that was worth copping the first day.

Jesus, I know this is just a place where you can comment on sneakers, but the grammar seen in this thread is enough to have me scared for the fate of this country.
Onto the sneakers, I find it funny that if you don’t like these sneakers, you have to be broke. The Orlando inspired 7’s are the better of the two, based on apparent quality and material. If JB wanted to really make this pack a must have (in my opinion of course) they should have just mimicked the Cardinal 7’s from a few years back, and just replace the yellow and red with blue and grey and blam.
But for the 310 price tag, I’m going to go with a pass, even though I REALLY want my first ever pair of 7’s; I’ll just go to FlightClub and cop some SB’s, buy a pair of 12’s for 100 (since those aren’t moving off the shelves, retailers are itching to get them out of the stores) and still have money left over to buy some food.

JB should have pack the Maroons with the Magics colorway. The Raptors came out in 2002, right?
JB is holding out on me with some colorways that have not been released since the OGs came out.
I looked at air-jordans.com… and checked out some other 7s that wish JB would retro. There are other models to look at too, but I am trying to stay on topic here.. Jordans 7s that is. Damn, should’ve copped the Cardinals 7s when I had the chance!

I copped mine but mainly cuz of the raptors. Magic joints aren’t bad but if they would have came out seperatlybi would have only copped the raptors. I have alot of packs but most of them only came with 1 pair that I really wanted. 7’s pack, 6/17, 4/19…etc. Please stop dropping packs JB. My collection is growing at a crazy rate but I’m not crazy about some of my kicks. I’m just thankful I don’t have 2 buy a pair of doo doo sneakers 2 get my hands on the space jams.

Is JB still making a Slam Dunk pack or package. I read somewhere that it consists of some 3s and 2s…, anyone know some info on that? Better not be a $310.00 pack… Not all packs should be $310.00. The DMP Retro 1 was a respectable $225.00, that I can accept.. this DMP 7, $310.00 was a bit too much, but I really considered it like $155.00 for each pair, and Js cost about that much now. Better than those ugly Fusions, right?

Recession or not… I saved up for it, I budgeted, I copped!!! I know 7s aren’t the best Js, but they are one of my faves. MJ won his 2nd title with the 7s, I know that in not these colorways, but nevertheless…
I am beginning to wonder that JB can make packs to commemorate a lot of MJ’s games. Geez, the possibilities would be endless. There could be a DMP +50 points package, right? And then put in the model he wore against the colorway of the team he played against… Man, I smell more DMP packages, but they all better not be $310.00. Perhaps a DMP Retro 11 package, that’d be sweet. Put that together with the Cool Greys and the White Columbias, and sell that for $500.00… easy cop for me!

way easy pass,why is everybody in here acting like the 7,s, are the best jordans ever,please,i had them when they were first dropped way back in the day,and everybody that liked jordans were heavily disapointed,we went fom having classic shoes like the 1,3,4,5,6,to this normal/just ok allright looking shoe,i have just a couple of 7,s,but tis nothing to get hyped over,come on,the 7,s,almost every jordans is better than the 7,s,its good to have them in your collection,but not worthy of waiting early in lines or arguing about,horrible white/blue colorway,raptors are ok,im not paying over $300 for just one pair of shoes i like,and im not paying over $300 for ugly 7,s,i would pay over $300 for pack that has 1,s,3,s,4,s,5,s,6,black8,s,9,s,11,s,12,s,these will most likely get alot of shelf action,people that are into shoes arent going to rush to go pay over $300 for 7,s,in a recision which is not a favorite amongst jordanheads,to much better heat thats about to drop to even pay attention to these,space jams here i come baby.

Kevo Chevo…I’m sorry, but these are not closer in color to the OG’s as compared to the first retros. If you were around when the OG’s dropped you would know they were much darker and only with the aging process kicking in did they lighten up too the shade above. These are the easiest pass of the year, hands down!!!

7,s, are not popular,they will be on the shelves collecting alot of dust,if the retro 5 bravo pack is still on shelves right now,what makes you all think everybody is going to cop this pack,the 7,s, arent nearly as popular as the 5,s,so just think about it,space jams,both retro 12,s,,retro 6,s,are going to sell out really fast this winter time,but this pack will be one of worst selling packs just like the 8/15 pack that are still sitting on shelves also,people are only going to waste there money only on the best heat nowadays,and the 7,s, arent a top jordan shoe,unless if your a youngn and you dont have them.

ill pass,i have too many better retro 7 colorways,these are going to be real bad quility from what ive seen on youtube,it wont be a popular pack because there 7,s,and because of the colorway,and for it to have bad quility added to it even makes these shoes worser,and you people are actually going to buy these,i wloudnt waste money on these unless if i didnt have to many 7,s, at all,then i guess it would be a justafied copp,but theres too much heat coming out real soon to waste money on these,thats just my opinion,to each its own.
