After a long hiatus, the Good, the Bad and the Ugly feature is back! This week, we had many sneaker choices to choose from. At a first glance, you already know what sneaker snatched the ‘Ugly’ spot; however, you may be wondering which shoe took the ‘Good’ spot between the Air Jordan 6 Retro Doernbecher Freestyle and the Nike Hypermax “McFly”. Sure, the Air Jordan 6 Retro Doernbecher Freestyle is a nice-looking sneaker; yet, that is not the reason this shoe owns our ‘Good’ spot for this week. First and foremost, this Air Jordan 6 Retro was designed by a kid patient who attended the Doernbecher Childrens Hospital. The hospital, which is located in Portland, Oregon, caters to kids with cancer and other diseases. With that said, the proceeds from this shoe will help raise money for the aforementioned hospital. Definitely, a great shoe for a good cause.

The dunks arent even ugly, the mcflys of course should be bad becuz of release info but the 6s based off looks arent too eye appealing for the simple reason of the material in my opinion but it is for a good cause i wouldnt buy em tho

I don’t think the mcflys were for everybody but they were hot like the prev post said they were Nikes in the movie so they were licensed so Nike should be able to reproduce them whenever,however. Maybe the name was the issue but I’m disappointed that they were cancelled the few samples that out there are sky high I think like $500 I’ll be passing on tgat

in a perfect world u would be correct, but we live in a world of laws and litigation. The benefits of selling the mcflys don’t compare to the cost of being sued for copyright infringement. I want the shoes too though, eventually they will agree on a settlement and they will be released.

Ok well all i gotta say is Nike should be able to make the mcfly’s if they want because if they look like the shoes in the movie, WHO CARES! They were Nike’s too. Nike LET Universal studios put Nikes in there movie. IF Nike wants to make mcfly inspired shoes I think they have the right to do it! That’s my beef with the whole thing!
