However, we have now received word that the “Space Jam” retro will officially hit retailers on December 23rd, 2009.
With that said, this sneaker will undoubtedly be a superb holiday present to yourself or a fellow sneaker enthusiasts. The release date change can be looked at as a positive and negative. I was able to purchase a pair of sz 11 mens, sz 13 kids, and sz 6 toddler online eastbay.com only to find out that I might not get my order. I called this morning to follow up and apparently there was a anomaly on the website. The rep told me 20,000 pairs were sold when only 4,000 are available. I’m pretty sure the kids will get theirs. I just hope mine goes through as well.

Two stores in Atlanta got ropped, pictures are on Niktalk.com glad I know the manager @ Finish Line and Champs in Columbia, SC @ Columbia Place Mall, talked to the manager today, he said he has my sz 12 waiting for me tonight, so I don’t have to get up the butt crack of the AM to get mine, bump that. You think $175 is bad, plus tax they gone be like $187, sucks I know. And 1 million pairs each state? How fake does that sound, so you telling me roughly that 40 million pairs of these are getting released? I don’t think so. Its 50 states, so just say 40 of the 50 get them, that’s some BS, I talked to the manager and the one at Foot Locker told me, Limited release, so did the one @ Finish Line, hell if you look at most credible sites they tell you that its a Quickstrike release. So you think they’ll be there next year if you want, they gonna be GONE! IF they have them the employees gone cop or they gone ship them back, hell 1 million pairs each? MJ wouldn’t make that much if he know he would sell them before the year out, uglier shoes don’t get that much and they usually about $150

My guy is the manager at Footlocker and he told me each state is getting a million of these shoes shipped, and that if the Jams dont sell alot since there going to be alot of extras, by January they will knock the price to about $145.

I already have a pre ordered pair that is on the way as we speak. And when these drop in December, I am going to cop me another pair. I knew that the release date for these was going to change. But I think the release date is gonna change again after this. The date has been changed to December 23 which is a Wednesday. Jordans usually don’t release on a Wednesday or any weekday for that matter. So, the date is either going to be changed to Saturday the 19th of December or Saturday the 26th of December. This is the same thing that happen with the Air Jordan 11/12 CDP that came out last year. The sneakers were slated to release on a weekday and then the date was changed to a Saturday. There is no way Jordan Brand is going to release such a highly anticipated sneaker on a weekday when pretty much all of its customer fan base is going to be in school or work. There is no way that is going to happen.

another missed up thing is that alot of people are saying only a few selective urban stores are gtting the special boxed SJ,so hope and pray your lucky person who gets the special box also,cause there making that box in limited numbers,mostly everybody is getting the old black/and silver box,and whats messed up about it is that it will sill cost $175 no matter what box you get,if it doesnt matter to you,then i guess this means nothing to you.

And on other shoe websites there saying that everybody space jams might not look the same cause the cut of the pattern leather will be different on some of them from others,so that means some peoples space jams might look better than others,i dont know how true it is,but some people who are on different shoe blogs/sites are saying that.

These are going to be general release,so youll be able to get them with out any problem if your getting them the first day they drop,theyll last for two or three days,but thats it,cause people are going to be buying multiple pairs of these.

Daaaamn iiitttt!!! It’s wonderful that this gives many of us more time to get our bread and plans of action right, but why add another month to this already lengthy waiting period? Christmas will be so nice this year. That is of course if you don’t stand in line for a week for these and then get robbed on your way home. Haha, get your weapons ready if you’re soft.

this is better for me i really didn’t feel like going out on black friday. is still gonna be hectic but not as bad.
