Air Jordan 7 “Bordeaux” Possible Retro
Posted by Alex Kroviak | Sep 1, 2009 While fans have begged for a Air Jordan 7 “Bordeaux” Retro from Jordan Brand, with little hope in sight, pics of a fresh sample pair surfaced online today.
One might wonder why a shoe that released over a decade ago would re-appear as a sample if there were no plans to sell them in the near future. Could this be a sign that Beaverton is listening, and we could be looking at 2010 for another round of 7 releases? Don’t forget, JB gave us two pairs in the DMP 60+ pack not too long ago. They might release them a year after M.J’S death , since he was on that famous pic with jordan n jordan was rocking them kicks! hopefully im right , well as long as they get this babys on stock for everybody im good. ill cop 2 or 3 pairs no lie.

These are the siiiickkkkessttt Retro’s to date. I fell in love back in 1992 when they released. I’ve owned 2 pair in the last couple of years and had to sell them due to the economy. Paid a grip for them, but couldn’t wear em. Would love to get my hands on a couple of these. I would rock these to the grave. Anyway, the samples were made back in 2000 along with the Raptor VII, however JB came out with the Raptor instead. Sooo, don’t know when they will come back, but we’ll see. BORDEAUX 4 LIFEEE!!!!

I remember having these my freshman year of high school…’92… nostalgic. It would be nice to see these come back ; however, just beacause their rare doesn’t mean they need to come with an ultra-inflated price tag…I do need to live; you hear that Nke, Jordan Brand!

Wow. kidkrazy is right. these joints did hit the sales racks.
But, not under hype, I have seen these shoes in a different light. Before I thought these were ugly when they first dropped. Not many kats wore ‘em and from MJ pics and TV clips/games, I thought they were hideous. Now, they are looking damn dope! I guess it took quite awhile to realize it.

i really hope they retro this faithfully and not tweak it with some inane detail just to preserve some misguided notion of “fairness” to the people who bought/have the OG versions. why not give everyone the chance to buy a retro of the OG versions? what’s wrong with that? giving the market the chance to buy the shoe in its original colors will not make the OG versions lose their value. it’ll probably make jb actually earn more because people who missed out on it the first time will now get to buy it the way they remember them. seems like the guys at jb have this bad habit of messing with classics that results in half-baked versions of these iconic shoes.

the best 7,s,in my opinion are my [ds] black/citrus yellow/red 7,s,and my [ds]cardinals,these will come in third as my favorite 7,s, if there re-released in 2010,i know this is off the subject,i everybody thats complaining about the black/deep red 6,s, pass them up because if the suede hair on the on the upcoming 6,s, are like the suede hair on he black/citrus/red 7,s,then im going to be really happy and im going to copp three times cause that type of suede is lovely if you take care of them properly.

If these are actually going to release, I am going to double up on them for sure. But if they aren’t going to be released, then Nike or Jordan Brand has to stop teasing us with Samples.
