Obviously, the Nike Air Yeezy was one of the most highly anticipated releases of 2009. Likewise, the Air Jordan 6 Retro Black/Red will be one of the highly anticipated releases of 2010. However, as a Doernbecher auction, Mark Smtih and his team withing the Nike’s Innovation Kitchen, has fused both models to form this one-of-a-kind sneaker. This unique shoe is available on eBay in a size 12. This sneaker simply owns the Nike Air Yeezy base combined with the Air Jordan VI sole. The upper also features multiple textures on the upper including leather, suede and patent leather (strap). This pairing raises a lot of questions. Does the Air Yeezy look better with the Air Jordan VI sole or do you prefer the original way it looks? Should Nike start fusing more classic sneakers together? As stated earlier, you can place your bid on eBay now; however, expect to pay a heft price as the bid is now at $5000! |

i’m actually feelin these. the VI sole and mid actually makes it look like a modern shoe, a little sleeker and not like an old clunker of the 80’s. but i don’t know how much people want kanye’s name attached to their feet after last night

This is a respectable Yeezy, though I don’t really like any of them too much. As for Kanye, I am completely with feet 1st when he says that Kanye is a beast in the music industry. That’s completely correct. But please, PLEASE, don’t say Kanye is lyrically gifted. He hasn’t written a good rap (not rapped, because plenty of his ghostwriters are great) since College Dropout. He may be one of the best hip hop producers of all time but a gifted lyricist he is not.

Kanye is a beast in the music industry and rappers respect him. He never gets the chance to beef with a rap artist because he is so lyrically gifted. I mean 50 tried to call the man out sayin his album will sell more and he got blown away. kanye even made a hit single with 50’s line in that album!!!(good life). I aint sayin what he did was right but the man will obviously say whatever is on his mind and you got to give him props for doin it at a celebrity packed VMA. I am waitin to see how Kanye reacts when a RAPPER calls him out but his talent and success alone make them terrified to do so.
