Dizzee Rascal x Nike Sportswear Air Max 90 “Tongue N’ Cheek”

Yesterday, we showed you the Nike Air Max 90 “Day of the Dead” in which many of you stated that it could possibly coincide with your Halloween costumes. However, we have now spotted an even more rare, special-made Air Max 90 dubbed the “Tongue N’ Cheek”. This particular Air Max 90 is the product of a joint effort between Nike Sportswear, Mercury Music Prize winning recording artist Dizzee Rascal and his creative director Ben Drury. If you recall, Dizzee Rascal and Nike have worked together in the past, specifically on the Air 180. First off, this shoe was given the same name (Tongue N’ Cheek) as Dizzee Rascal’s new record. As for the makeup, this shoe contains a plethora of detailed accents throughout the base. For example, the upper is comprised of chalk white premium grade soft leather and high knap premium suede. However, one of the more interesting features on this shoe is the pink premium leather tongues. The left tongue reads, CHEEK, while the right tongue simply reads, TONGUE. The Nike Air Max 90 ‘Tongue N’ Cheek’ will be available exclusively at Nike Sportswear 1948 London on Friday, 18th September, 2009. The person that “capped my head up” was the employee and did I really sound hype about the shoes or just making a point about being pleased to have SHOES(plural) that they don’t sell in Footlocker. Did you read and understand the comment “S.H.I.T.”?

Collectable joints. Just something to have people asking you where did you buy them all day long. Last weekend I was wearing my 1/2 cents, I went to the mall and the shoe store employees were asking how to cop. Love it when you got better sneaks then the people who work in Footlocker.
