SURU x DC Life Xander

Skate company DC has released a lot of great non-skate models out of their DC Life label as of late. For fall of 2009, they partnered with retailer SURU on this high top Xander sneaker, with a little help from a certain artist and musician. Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda, bandmate of SURU owner Joe Hahn, provided the original artwork for the sole, which is a nice touch for those who only catch a glimpse as the wearer passes by. Like most of the DC Life designs, including the complete Fall Collection we showed you not too long ago, this sneaker maintains a clean design in black and light blue, all over a white vulcanized sole. The SURU logo appears on both the side of the ankle and the tongue. Mike Shinoda’s participation is given its due credit on the tongue as well, making for a total of three logos in that spot. These are limited to 500 pairs, so make sure to get on them quick when they release this holiday season. Click here for more pics. |

I agree, this whole tight jeans movement has to end. The shoes are alright, not good and def far from great. Where r all the good shoes?!
