Charles’s sneaker story is about the Mita Air Force 1’s that released in 2004. Charles’s first sighting of the Mita Air force 1 was when he saw a friend of his wearing them at a block party in 2004. Once Charles saw them, he couldn’t keep his eyes off them, therefore, he had to get a pair! Charles asked his friend where he got them from, but he wouldn’t tell him because he wanted to be only dude on their block with them in his possession. Charles then ran to his house and went to the net to see if he could find them. He immediately went to all the sites he knew, yet they were all sold out. Charles was angry and disappointed to say the least. One day, before Charles left to go back to school, he went with his cousin to a sneaker spot in Newark and there the Mita Air Force 1’s were. Lightning flashed and the heavens roared when the salesman came with his size. When he finally obtained the shoe, he felt like a little kid getting his first pair of Jordan’s. Charles says it was the best $110 he has ever spent in his life.
