High Snobiety x Ronnie Fieg x Asics Gel Lyte III
Posted by Alex Kroviak | Oct 22, 2009 Completing the trilogy with Asics and David Z is this High Snobiety and Ronnie Fieg Asics Gel Lyte III. The other two parts of this were the Culture Shoq collaboration and of course, our very own Gel Lyte III, which you’re going to need an eBay account to get at this point.
From what we can see, Ronnie Fieg, who was involved in the entire trilogy design process, used a healthy dose of patent leather on the toe cap and for the eyestays. Navy perforated suede is used for the topside of the toe section, much like on our own version. The laces use two colors, mixing silver and blue. It looks like the navy suede continues along the side as well, filling the panel behind the Asics arches logo. I wore my NK’s yesterday. I was on the fence with the split tongue before wearing ‘em but when its all said and done it aint nothin. They are one of the most comfortable shoes ive worn. This cw comes second of the 3

Gel Lyte III’s are so dope! I’m having a hard time finding them tho…even general releases are tough to find…is there something I don’t know?…where can I pick up some Gel Lyte IIIs????
