Nike Air Force 1 - Kobe Bryant

If Nike does something for one of its biggest stars, of course the other has to get the same treatment. And to keep up with the release of the Nike Air Force 1 LeBron James, Nike is dropping these Air Force 1s for kids in a Kobe Bryant color-up. As you would expect, these shoes are done entirely in Lakers’ yellow, purple and white. Kobe’s tri-tip logo appears in purple on the heel, just the way LeBron’s LBJ23 was placed on his kids’ model. The outsole is purple and like so many AF1s before, the midsole is clean and white. Kobe’s signature appears on the insole and his jersey number 24 appears on the tongue. Again, these are sadly a kids-only release, but adults can always grab the Eddie Cruz x AF1 “West” to pay tribute to the Lakers. Click here for more pics. |

I got to see these, the Lebron AF1, the 60+, and other brands shoes in a meeting about the winter and spring lines… Its good to be in this business, Look out for Charlie Brown New Balances!! and the AM 95s with the dunk sole in December.
