Under Armour BB Proto 3 “Young Buck”

A few days ago, we informed you of the Under Armour Prototype unfortunately releasing in the far-fetched future (2011). This was considered bad news to many of you considering that this shoe has been well-received since the first pictures showed. Until then, we have spotted detailed photos of Brandon Jennings’s official PE. This sneaker, dubbed the Under Armour BB Proto 3 “Young Buck”, will be worn this season by the Milwaukee Bucks point guard. It’s predominately white, perforated base is accented by green and red making it an exact match for the Bucks jerseys. The market is so fragmented as it is, does Under Armour really think that the company can take a chunk of sales? I just think it will be very difficult for the company to be profitable in this segment - just ask Reebok.
I like the concept, but not the kicks.

I’m always a fan of a pearlized white upper. I’m glad to see that with the team colorway of the Bucks, UA is going all Gucci crazy, especially with the black ones. The black ones look like old Iversons in a way. The white version is a very clean shoe, they might have went with the Pearl finish, due to the Bucks home jersey having that shimmersheen type material. Thats good attention to detail for a specific shoe for a player. Other companies should take note of that with their signature players on teams with jerseys like that.

These are pretty clean for some Under Armour. Wouldnt pay over 80 for them
