Vans Old Skool ‘92 LX Reissue
Posted by Alex Kroviak | Oct 12, 2009
The Vans Old Skool is named so for a reason. Possessing styling hints from an earlier era, it keeps thing simple, flowing and to the point. No flash, air bubbles, straps or technology. The fanciest part about this sneaker is the leather accent piece sewn along the midpanel. And later this year, it gets yet another reason to keep its name, as the 1992 colorway worn by Ray Barbee is releasing again. 17 years after its initial drop, this clean design still uses white and off-white, broken up with black laces, sole pinstriping and accent piece. Look for these later this Fall at your local Vans dealer for about $80. Click here for more pics. |
