15 Sneakers We’re Most Thankful For Returning in ‘09

Much like the previously mentioned Air Max 1s, there are some sneakers we will never lose sight of no matter how many new styles and colorways release. The classic Air Max 95 colorways, such as the “Mint”, “Chili”, “Fresh Water” and the “Team Orange”, all released periodically throughout this year. In addition, many are setting their eyes on the “Comet” and “Slate” colorways for 2010.

2009 has been a crazy year for sneakers. i’ve missed out on EVERYTHING thus far. i did get the patent “lupe fiasco” chucks though. got the 12s in the back for me already so 12/19 will be good, 12/24 will be tough though but i will network with other stores. penny came hard this year also.

The Rising Sun 12’s came to Japan’s military bases, WITH the red/white sun insoles and retro card, not to mention being about $100 tax free. God Bless America.

What a year! My five:
1. Space Jams (pre-ordered!)
2. Jordan 12 white/red (tryin’ to lock that one down)
3. Penny 2 Atlantics: damn you for being a quickstrike! ‘Settled’ for the black/white/royals Penny 2s
4. Jordan TB 3s: got mine! Oh Canada!
5. Air Max 95: waiting to hit clearance, will pick up the freshwaters
Honourable mention: Jordan 1 purple metallics. Waiting to arrive from Hong Kong.
Was never a fan of foams (too bulky. to me flightposites are the real ‘eggplants’)
2010 has some great (Jordan) stuff coming up too: powder blue 9s, white/red 6s…there goes my paycheck!

I got the Eggplant Penny’s & Nubick 12’s but I wish I had those TB 3’s. Atlantic Penny’s nice too and theres still halla Griffey’s & Rising Suns in all the stores. No biggie to me on the white/red 12’sAnd I WILL be ceebrating Christmas day in brand new Space Jams. Bring on 2010 so I can put new 6’s on!!! And Happy Thanksgiving to everybody!!!

honorable mention are the 95’s…at times they just push new C/W with this shoe that are kinda over done or just “meh those are ahight”…dont get me wrong its one of the most comfortable shoes out…i think they should slow down on some of the releases of this show…
