Dwyane Wade - The Interview

Dwyane Wade - The Interview

The NBA season is under way, and your favorite ballers are out in full force. Young stars like Kevin Durant are trying to get to the next level, while seasoned veterans like Kobe Bryant are trying to get to their next championship. With all these players sporting their own signature models, it’s rare that we hear about the endorsement process before a brand signs a new star.

Jordan Brand has launched “The Interview,” which covers Dwyane Wade’s “interview” with JB about his motivations, love of Jordan sneakers and what his shoes smell like. Obviously, the interview isn’t real, but it’s just a fun approach to introducing Wade as the newest member of the team, and the mini-site is worth checking out.

We learned about Wade’s plans for this season with JB, including which shoes he will sport this season, and we’ve actually already seen him wear them. With this look back at the “past,” it raises the question, “How big will the Wade-JB connection get in the future?”

I agree with flipmode. I understand melo signed with jordan first but that does not justify that he is a better athlete. Anyways I’m glad that D. Wade is with JB.

    sounds cool

Melo is NOT a better player than Wade.. Just bcuz he’s been with Jordan Brand from the beginning of his NBA career does not validate that he is better than Wade. After how many seasons, Melo is finally playing to his expectations while everyone else of the same caliber have exceeded theirs time and time again. He’s finally playing defense, a little bit. If he can continue to play like he has in the first 4 games of this season, throughout then maybe you can perhaps think about involving his name with the Kobes, LeBrons, and Wades, but just maybe. As for Wade, he’s earned the right to be one the great faces of the Jordan Brand.

lets just face it, if wades not rocking retros the shoe is going to be terrible!! JBRAND needs new designers period! Though they might be out of this world with comfort, but whats comfort when they look like S*%&!?

common guys you suck; wade is built in for the jordan brand, melo is good but his kicks are terrible, and tang ina mo no bad words here

i mean dwade kickz MAYBE better than melo but MELO is a better player than WADE, i mean melo from the beginning is in jordan brand already and this year with the 6 signature shoes and also dropping 40 points per game………

Wade’s jays will look better than Melo’s.
