Knoll x Vans Vault Mountain Edition

For Spring 2010, Vans Vault will drop a new silhouette on us with this Mountain Edition, of which the initial design was done with textile and leather manufacturer Knoll. Dedicated to the world of mountain biking, these are a similar shape to the Buffalo Boot LX, but with a forefoot strap. All four pairs in the initial pack utilize a black tongue and white vulcanized sole, though the uppers used include purple, teal, olive and black. A tan leather patch appears on the side of the shoe, with a pink Vans “mountain” logo. At first glance, the label makes the new sneaker look like a higher version of the Half Cab White Label Series we saw awhile back. Plan on grabbing these next year? |
