LeBron James x Nike “Gift of Game” Event

This Friday, November 6th, 2009, LeBron James and the Cavs make their annual trip to New York to face the Knicks. To coincide with this happening, LeBron James and Nike have joined efforts to create the “Gift of Game” event. While the game will take place Friday night, the “Gift of Game” event will be held on Saturday, November 7th, 2009. This event consist of James opening up seven New York gyms to high school for a chance to play pickup ball for a few hours (1PM-6PM). LeBron James has stated that “The Big Apple has always been good to me, so I wanted to do something special to show my appreciation.“ Click here to find out the seven locations which will be open doing this time. |

Why does the Bronx and Staten Island get no love? I understand Staten Island….but the Bronx gets nothing….ever.

After the way the Cavs season has started, sadly I don’t think they have a chance this season. I was hoping they would win a championship, now I think Cleveland better hope they can just win enough to keep Lebron around
