Nike Air Max 1 on NikeiD
Posted by Alex Kroviak | Nov 13, 2009
Tinker’s first revolutionary sneaker, the Air Max 1, is now available for customization through Nike’s iD system. Reflective materials and suede are both available, with the big option being the “Splatter” option, which allows you to cover your panels or midsole with speckles of paint in a number of colors. For $125, these are above the average cost of an AM1, but that’s to be expected for the ability to customize your own sneaks. iD options include adding your name or whatever other (appropriate) phrases you can think of to the heels. If you’re interested in throwing together your own Air Max 1s, head to the Nike iD design site now. And don’t forget about the recent design addition for the Air Max 90, either. |
