Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850 “Skippy” Detailed Pics
Posted by Alex Kroviak | Nov 11, 2009
Yesterday we got a glimpse of Sneaker Freaker’s “Skippy the Kangaroo” video promoting their sneaker with New Balance, which was creative if nothing else. And now today, the Aussie team behind the Sneaker Freaker x New Balance 850 sent us over these detailed images, showing the nooks and crannies of this lesser-known silhouette. The toe cap, as we know, is genuine kangaroo leather, carrying an orange-tan hue. The majority of the upper carries a black color-up, providing a dark base for the kangaroo and yellow accents to work against. Nubuck, leather and mesh combine in black, while an off-white midsole and white accents finish the colorway. These 850s will release December 5th internationally, and of course we’ll have more release information as the date nears. |
