Now, we have spotted another Penny signature sneaker on the NBA courts. With that said, check out today’s Kicks On Court to see yet another Penny sneaker on court.

In a loss against the Kobe-less Los Angeles Lakers, San Antonio Spurs forward Dejuan Blair laced up the “Triple Black” colorway of the highly-favored Nike Air Penny II. Nike Zoom Kobe V “Home”

Nike Zoom Kobe V "Home"

While last week was finished off with the on-court debut of the Nike Zoom Kobe V “Bruce Lee,” this newest colorway hasn’t yet been seen on the Black Mamba’s feet. The “Home” designation means we’ll probably see these in the Staples Center soon.

Pearl white is the finish of choice for the upper’s majority. The forefoot outsole dons a purple hue to match the liner and Swoosh surround. Because these are a Lakers-specific color-up, yellow is used on the heel and Swoosh. The laces continue the multicolor trend, as they mix white and purple.

Kicks On Court: Black Mamba Debuts “Bruce Lee” Kobe V

Kicks On Court

Yesterday, we notified you of two new Nike Zoom Kobe Vs releasing today at retailers across the world. Did the ‘Black Mamba’ wear one of these colorways in last night’s game against the Denver Nuggets? Check out today’s Kicks On Court to see.

In a loss against the Denver Nuggets, Kobe Bryant brought out the “Bruce Lee” Nike Zoom Kobe V for the first time this season. As mentioned in our previous post about this particular sneaker, it was created specifically for Kobe’s love for Kung Fu. The predominately yellow upper is reminiscent to the body suit Bruce Lee wore in “The Game of Death”. It also possesses four scratch marks on the side in representation of the scratches Bruce Lee took while fighting in “Enter the Dragon.” Is this the best Kobe V colorway to date? Click here to view these kicks plus more worn by Mike Bibby, Chauncey Billups, Steve Nash and others.
