The “Cool Grey” Jordan 3 does not officially have “Cool Grey” on the box as a color, but it was the nickname immediately given to this retro Jordan 3. These were the first Air Jordan 3’s to release since the White/Black in 2003. Though a three year break may not seem like much time, for Jordan heads, it was an eternity for some who covet this as the best Air Jordans ever made. Like with the “Cool Grey” Air Jordan 4’s, these had a touch of other colors including “Orange Peel” and “Sport Red” which didn’t exactly sit well with some who preferred to have their Cool Grey’s strictly grey and white.
