words // Nick DePaula:
As the NBA Playoffs continue this weekend, as expected, we spotted several new sneakers being debuted across the league. Out in Cleveland, Nike’s signature duo of LeBron James and Kyrie Irving each broke out new colorways of their namesake kicks. Irving’s opposing point guard, Reggie Jackson, also wore the Kyrie 2, sparking quite a debate on Twitter.
Down south in Miami, Hornets rookie Frank Kaminsky debuted an Air Jordan XXX PE, while Heat rook Justise Winslow wore a clean colorway of Damian Lillard’s new Boost-equipped DLillard 2 update. Luol Deng led all scorers with 31 points, and did so in a crisp Nike KD 8 iD.
Check out all of the best Kicks On Court from the first half of today’s schedule, and check back for updated looks at the sneakers worn in both the Spurs / Grizzlies and Clippers / Blazers matchups.
