 In less than an hour, the Mister Cartoon x Livestrong x Nike Air Force 1 launches in the United States.

The popular state park in New York, Jones Beach, gets some shine with the latest makeup of the Air Force 1 from Nike. The Nike Air Force 1 “Jones Beach” will be available July 3rd at House of Hoops, as well as select retailers on Long Island. The colorway shares the coloring of the sand, while the material of choice for these Quickstrikes is canvas.  As we mentioned over the weekend, the highly anticipated launch of the Nike Sportswear x Livestrong x Mister Cartoon AF1’s is this Saturday, July 4.
The The Last Laugh will host a MIDNIGHT LAUNCH on July 2. Mister Cartoon has designed a limited edition black tee to accompany the release of this AF1. It will be sold in a sealed opaque black bag. A remix of the original navy/grey Mr. Cartoon’s, the Nike Air Force 1 TZ LIVESTRONG Mr.Cartoon come in the black and yellow colorway that is synonymous with the LIVESTRONG Foundation. Lasered graphics are applied throughout the upper, including skulls, wire wheels,unmistakeably from the legendary Mr. Cartoon. LA, Cartoon’s hometown is then stitched into the heel. Graffiti legend, Futura, has been a heavy hitter in the streetwear and sneaker community for years now. Most recently his “FLOM” Dunks were recreated in a LIVESTRONG makeup. Today we have a sneak peek two new Futura designed Air Force 1’s were recently spotted. The Futura x Nike Air Force 1 will be dropping in at least two colorways next spring. A white and grey makeup should be hitting retailers next spring. Each one features simple color and material combos that will definitely find a spot in many collections. Nike recently dropped the Air Force 1 Low in a black and polka dot colorway. Today we get a look at another version for the ladies, which is the Air Force 1 High. This Nike Womens Air Force 1 High Polka Dot is done up in white, and then accented with polka dots over the entire upper. This colorway is a little more acceptable, as there is very little contrast between the color of the upper and the polka dot accents. These are available now at atmos for about $122. The quickstrike release receiving the most attention right now is obviously the Concepts x Nike SB “Blue Lobster” Dunk. However, we have now spotted another upcoming, limited quickstrike release in the form of this Nike Air Force 1 Premium “Jones Beach”.
First off, this particular Air Force 1 pays tribute to New York’s state park. Sticking to the nickname of this shoe, its base is made mostly of a sand-colored canvas texture. In addition, the heel panel is smothered in a seaweed-printed leather. Other features on this sneaker are inspired by Jones Beach as well. For example, the tongue contains a picture of a water tower, while the translucent sole portrays a crashing water wave.
