 We may just be a little more than half way through August, but already a sampling of the September Nike SB lineup has made its way to CCS.  The Nike SB Dunks in all cuts are getting Simpsons-like longevity in their run of fresh materials and concepts. The latest to surface is the “Bloody Gums” Dunk High Premium set to drop in Fall 09.
The shoe takes on a colorway reminiscent to Crest with a red and blue suede/nubuck upper, contrasting white laces and Swoosh, on top of a clear sole. Another feature is the sole gum disease PSA graphic on the sole - hence the “Bloody Gums”.  Nike SB continues to reload the themed Dunk Lows with the “Toxic Sea Robin” slated to release at NJ Skateshop on August 15th.
Several months back, pictures surfaced of a sample dubbed the “Toxic Avenger”, alluding to the ‘84 movie/cult classic, but now we have pictures of the final product which includes minor tweaks like the orange inner lining and Swoosh, and the neon translucent outsole.  Paul Rodriguez’s third signature shoe with Nike SB, the Nike SB P-Rod III, will officially release at Nike SB doors nationwide tomorrow, August 8th, but there will be an early release of the shoe at a special event at Primitive in Encinco, CA.

 Previously, we displayed the Nike SB August 2009 releases and now we have caught sight of Nike SB Dunk Samples for shoes that are slated to release in Spring of 2010. An eBay seller has posted a collection of six samples: three SB Dunk Lows and three SB Dunk His. The notable attributes of this collection surface in the graphic reminiscent of a comic book speech bubble on a Dunk Hi and a light mint midsole on a Dunk Low.  While Nike SB has had a few yawn worthy months this year, August will see several heaters drop. The Nike SB P-Rod III will officially make its debut on Saturday, August 8th, but non launch product should not be overlooked. The “Ron Burgundy” Dunk Lows and “Packers” Dunk Mids are set to drop as well as a clean pair of the recent lineup addition Bruin and SB Classic.

 Nike Skateboarding has released photos of another colorway of the upcoming P-Rod III.
The Nike SB P-Rod III is comprised of a Sport Red suede makeup. Accents come in the form of black on the midsole, with white being placed on the logos and laces. The P-Rod logo is mixed into a quilted-like pattern across the toebox, side panel, and heel area. Look for these to arrive at Nike Skateboarding retailers, such as Poets, soon.
