Jimmy Butler, after rising through the high school ranks in Houston, Texas, then attending Marquette University after a short stint at a Texas junior college, quickly turned himself into one of the NBA’s most improved players. Bulter soon became an All-Star, and the face of the Chicago Bulls team that drafted him with the 30th overall pick in the 2011 draft. But this off-season Butler was traded to the Minnesota Timberwolves, an upstart team where he’ll again be thrust into a primary leadership role.
This means Butler has to pack up his things and move, thus putting his six-bedroom, 10,000 square foot River North mansion in Chicago on the market. The $5 million listing recently hit the web and exposed his massive sneaker room, which appears larger than most small apartments. It’s stuffed with Jordan Brand and Nike gems galore, with literally hundreds of sneakers lining the many shelves and floor space — all of which Jimmy will likely take with him to Minnesota.
