Although the other set of shirts featured more of A Tribe Called Quest inspiration, this set seems to focus on the Jordan aspect. It contains the infamous Jordan wings we first saw on the Air Jordan 1 in the center of the shirt. Not to leave the music group out, it contains the aforementioned wings in the A Tribe Called Quest’s vivid color scheme seen on most of their album covers. Jordan Brand has just dropped the perfect shirt to go with the upcoming Tribe Called Quest x Air Jordan 1.

Taking inspiration for the graphics Tribe’s 3rd album, Midnight Marauders, which is their highest selling album, and features faces of the crew behind a graphic that screams early 90’s. Jordan drops a black and white tee featuring the same graphics as the album cover but using MJ’s silhouette, on top of the many faces of Michael in the background.

Jordan Brand has involved hip hop group A Tribe Called Quest to design this Air Jordan 1 Hi Strap. This sneaker features a predominately black upper with black and red accents seen throughout the upper. If you are a fan of A Tribe Called Quest, you will notice that this sneaker possesses the same color scheme as most of A Tribe Called Quest’s CD covers. In addition, this Air Jordan 1 is complimented by a red outsole as well.
