The Air Jordan “Motorsports” 6 has been a big topic of discussion since we first saw a sneak of it way back in March. More recently we discovered that not only was the Jordan Motorsports crew blessed with the Retro 6, but also a pair of similar of 6 Rings, which we’ve now seen in detail. And while you’ll likely never get your hands on a pair of these AJ6s, we do have some detailed shots for you.

As you can see, the midsole and outsole are both black, with a semi-translucent black on the latter. Black and white is obviously the theme for these, matching the motorcycle seen with the above 6 Rings. The only colors seen on these outside of those two are the red and gold letters on the tongue. Alas, these may be out of reach, but with 2010 promising a number 6 retros, including these in white and black, hopefully your thirst will be quenched.

Unless you have been living under a rock, you know that Jordan Brand will retro the Air Jordan 6 in 2010. Besides warming us up with the Doernbecher Air Jordan 6 this year, many are now anticipating the black/red and the white/infrared. In addition, JB will also unleash this Air Jordan 6 Retro White/Black next year.

Similar to the infamous Air Jordan 6 “Carmines”, this particular retro features a two-tone color makeup on the upper. The predominance of the base is done up in white leather, while the remaining panels (toe area, side panels, midfoot) are of black suede. However, one of the more distinctive features on this shoe is its black/white speckled midsole which sits atop a translucent outsole. VMV now has this Air Jordan 6 Retro in stock for a hefty price. If you recall, we informed you of an upcoming Air Jordan “Motorsports” back in March and many of you stated that you were really looking forward to it releasing. As months went by, it became evident that this pack would not release. However, we now have detailed photos of this pack that will never release (this will probably aggravate you).

This “Motorsports” Pack consists of a Jordan 6 Rings and an Air Jordan 6 Retro. To coincide with bike’s new paint job, Jordan Brand designed both models in a simple yet stylish white/black color scheme. The Air Jordan 6 Retro was shown to you back in March, yet, the 6 Rings was kept under wraps. Both pairs were given to MJ’s Motorsports team and some of his close friends. Upon first showing you photos of the Air Jordan 6 Retro Doernbecher, the comment section was filled with both positive and negative remarks on this sneaker. If you are the one of those interested in this sneaker, we have now spotted it at Nike’s online store thanks to Daily Drop.

Obviously, this particular sneaker, along with the rest of the Doernbecher releases, was designed to raise awareness and funding for the Doernbecher Children’s hospital. As stated earlier, you can now purchase this Air Jordan 6 Retro at Nike’s online store for $165.

Jordan Brand gave us a little taste of blue VIs in 2000 when the shoe released in White/Midnight Navy, but I am pretty sure that after almost 19 years this one is ready for return?

The Air Jordan 6 Retro seems to be the focal point of JB’s 2010 releases seeing that we have already been notified of the Black/Red and the White/Infrared dropping next year. In addition to those highly anticipated releases, Jordan Brand will also unleash this Air Jordan 6 Retro Black/Red-Blue next year. However, we have now spotted various sizes on OSneaker for a very hefty price.

Similar to the aforementioned black/red colorway, this sneaker features a predominately black nubuck/patent leather upper with grey and blue accents in the form of the tongue and heel tab.
