After showing you photo after photo of the four major Jordan Brand holiday releases, we now have finally made it to the release date of one of them. Tomorrow, November 21st, 2009, Jordan Brand will release the Air Jordan 12 Retro “Rising Sun”.

As evident by the striped design seen on the side panels, this particular Air Jordan 12 draws inspiration from Japan’s rising sun flag. It features a 100% white leather base with minimal varsity red accents along the tongue and heel. In addition, JB will also unleash the Air Jordan Fusion 13 in which many of you bashed upon seeing the preliminary photos. Almost all of you were against the Jordan 13 and AF1 fusion we last showed you. And every other fusion you’ve seen, for that matter. Well, it looks like Jordan Brand is back at it, as seen here in the most recent Air Jordan Fusion 13.

As you can see, they feature a red and black colorway straight off of the original XIII’s. The AJF13, as mentioned in the last article, is the first in the line of Fusions to modify the Air Force sole. Previously, the straight, flat sole has been used. For the 13, it features a mix of black and red, and the uses arch design from the real deal Air Jordan. The strap is, of course, from the Air Force 1 influence.

For a week that’s sure to see tons of Jordan tributes, one can assume better things are on the way. Is Jordan paying good tribute with this round of Fusions, or just ruining a legacy of classic kicks?

For creating the Air Jordan Fusion 13, Jordan Brand might have one of the hardest outsoles to create with an AF1 mold.  The upper strongly resembles the original Air Jordan 13 with a defined toebox and added ankle strap.

The Air Jordan Fusion 13 has been drug through the dirt since it first surfaced on the web. It is safe to say this is currently the most hated fusion to appear yet. Could additional, detailed photos do it any justice?

This particular fusion draws inspiration from the Air Jordan 13 White/True Red-Black that MJ played in during his last season with the Chicago Bulls. However, many sneaker enthusiasts may remember this inline product sneaker on Ray Allen Jesus Shuttlesworth in the infamous movie ‘He Got Game’ more than they do on Jordan’s feet in the 1997-98 season. While that particular shoe is considered a classic by many, what are we to think of this UFO? The Air Jordan Fusion 13 takes the Air Jordan 13, and combines it with the Air Force 1 sole. The white, black and red colorway was originally applied to AJ13 back in 1997. Placed on the Fusion 13, the colorway is still fresh, but can it make the shoe?

We’ve seen a number of silhouettes from the Air Jordan line combined with the Air Force 1 to create the Air Jordan Fusion. Today, we have our first look at the Air Jordan Fusion 13.

The combination is what most of us would have expected, the AJ13 upper combined with the AF1 sole. The black and red version features a unique application of suede that actually wraps around a good portion of the midsole. As we have seen with the latest Air Jordan Fusion 4 colorways, two original colorways have been applied to these latest Fusions. Look for these to hit retailers this fall.
