Air Jordan PHLY Legends White Cement

Air Jordan PHLY White CementAnother version of the Air Jordan PHLY Legends should be hitting Jordan accounts anytime.

The PHLY is a similar to the Blazer, kind of a vintage feel with upgraded technology to keep your feet a little more comfy. This PHLY (no pun intended) colorway was inspired by the white, varsity red and cement Air Jordan 3. As with other versions of the PHLY, the wings logo is applied on the ankle and on the back of the ankle it reads MCMLXXVIII aka 1978, the year Jordan first met Pop Herring, MJ’s high school coach, who inspired these kicks.

You can already scoop these on eBay for about $80, but retail stores should have them on the shelves now as well.

Is Jordan going the right direction with these latest lifestyle releases?

Air Jordan PHLY Legends Black Cement

Air Jordan PHLY Black CementThe latest lifestyle release from Jordan Brand is the 1950’s styled Air Jordan PHLY Legends.

The PHLY gets its name from MJ’s high school coach, Clifton “Pop” Herring, PH. The colorway obviously was inspired by the black, varsity red and cement Air Jordan 3. The wings logo embossed into the leather on the ankle adds a nice touch to add a classic feel. On the back of the ankle it reads MCMLXXVIII which in roman numerals would be 1978, the year Jordan first met Pop Herring.

These vintage style kicks originally dropped in limited numbers at UBIQ, but now are available at LTD, and should be available at other Jordan accounts anytime, or on eBay for about $80.

Detailed shots after the jump.
