Patta has consistently come with solid collaborations. One of which that apparently never made it into production was this Patta x Nike Air Max 1.

The sample you see here recently surfaced on eBay, and is rumored to be one of only three in existence. This Air Max 1 is made up of a canvas and mesh, and features graphics based on Pink Floyd’s The Wall cover art, placed onto the insole. Overall a solid effort, but probably not quite worth the $1900 asking price.

The Air Max 1 Original Colorways of Sport Red and Varsity Blue have created quite the buzz recently. These two colorways returned in limited numbers as Quickstrikes recently to select Nike accounts.

The Air Max 1 Quickstrike Original Colorways are now available at Kix-Files in limited sizes. These timeless colorways really need no explanation. The combination of suede and mesh says enough by itself. The question for most, is not if, but how many pair to pick up.

These two colorways really need much introduction. The two most classic colorways of the Air Max 1 running shoe will be making another appearance.

The Nike Air Max 1 OG Colorways will be available at Overkill this Saturday in limited numbers. Only 24 pairs of each colorway will be available. These will be available at 11 am, but the crew at Overkill will be supplying breakfast for those waiting in line. If I was in the neighborhood, I’d see you in line, that’s for sure.

Are you ready to freshen up the Air Max collection with a new pair?

Nike called upon New York Yankees hurler Chien-Ming Wang to help them design this most recent Air Max 1.

This Nike Air Max 1 x Premium Chien-Ming Wang is done up in white leather upper. Exaggerated stitching resembking the stitching found on a baseball is strewn across the upper panels. The midsole is done in black, while the sole is done in a gum-like finish.

On the list of “artists that run the sneaker game” Parra pretty much sits on top as of late. In a relatively short amount of time, we’ve seen him collab with Vans, have his designs applied to the Patta x Asics pack, and also collab with ALIFE and Nike.

The Parra x Nike Air Maxim 1 recently surfaced on the web. Not much info is available, but the Dutch artist’s graphics are unquestionable. The colorway is very simple compared to his previous works. The Air Max 1 receives a Flywire treatment throughout the side panel. A speckled midsole and Parra’s signature colors can be seen in various places on the classic running shoe.

The Nike Retro Running January Releases include a couple pairs of the Air Max 1, one colorway for the ladies, and one colorway for the ladies. A monochromatic make-up of the Air Max 95 that can easily find daily use for any sneakerhead. Two crackle print colorways of the Air Structure Triax will definitely turn heads. To finish off the list, the highly anticipated return of the Air Tailwind 92 is a must have for running collectors.

With all these hybrid kicks finding their way to retailers, its good to see Nike still taking care of the old school cats, with some of the classic retro running shoes from the past done up in new colorways.

This Womens Air Max 1 Safari will be available in four colorways, twice as many choices as the fellas get. A pair of bright purple, and bright red grab the most attention. While the other two colorways, the white and teal, and black with red, are anything but subtle. Look for these at Nike retailers in 2009.
