Chicago House of Hoops Friday Releases
Posted by George Kiel III | Nov 13, 2008|
House of Hoops opened its third location this past weekend in Chicago, Illinois. We have heard that they have been dropping some very nice player exclusives since their opening. Earlier we showed you one of their releases in the form of Ray Allen and Joe Johnson’s Air Jordan Jumpman PEs. Tomorrow, November 13th, 2008, Chicago’s House of Hoops will be releasing three more player exclusive sneakers. The hometown Chicago Bulls are represented by Larry Hughes’s Nike Hyperdunk Supreme and Drew Gooden’s Nike Air Power Max. Both sneakers feature the Bulls colorway. Larry Hughes’s PE has the word ‘Homegrown’ written in cursive on the tongue. We have spotted Drew Gooden wearing this exact colorway of the Power Max in this specific edition of our Kicks On Court (KOC). Last but not least, the Kobe Bryant Nike Hyperdunk Snake Pool will also be released. It features a Laker-yellow upper with purple accents on the swoosh, midsole, heel and tongue. While we have yet to see KB hoop in these, we have spotted him in the Nike Hyperdunk/Nike Kobe 4 hybrid in our KOC as well. More pics after the jump. Via Footlocker Unlocked. Stay tuned for more releases. |

Rain could not keep away the love the windy city got for shoes this weekend. As the Dunkxchange carried on the tour with microphones in hand. We always like to bring you guys some pictures and a brief little recap of what went down. Of course you have your killer shoes on tables like the never before seen Marcus Jordan P.E. IX’s and X’s that were shown there. Some random guy in some fake Air Jordan VII’s rolled in and got trounce out by the DXC shoe police. Also resident shoe customizer Nelson from Rebel Aire was there to hold down the fort with his sick array of art work. Excuse my Lavar Burton quote “but dont take my word for it!” , just click the jump for the pictures from our friend
