Jordan Spizike Black/Citron-Pure Purple and Stealth/Black/Light Graphite/White

Jordan Spizike Black/Citron-Pure Purple and Stealth/Black/Light Graphite/White

With all the hype and attention surrounding the Jordan 11/12 Countdown Pack, these two Jordan Spizike releases can easily be overlooked. However, the Jordan Spizike “Cool Grey” and “Citron” will publicly hit U.S. retailers on December 24th, 2008. If you do not get a chance to snag the CDP, would purchasing these actually be a disappointment?

If you recall, these sneakers were first released exclusively in Europe; therefore many have been waiting for them to drop in the U.S. These two Jordan Spizike will make a good consolation prize for anyone not able to get the CDP. Are these better than the Jordan Spizike “New York Knicks” Spike Lee had on at the Lakers game? More detailed photos after the jump. Via LTD-Online.

First Look: Jordan True Flight “Cool Grey”

Jordan True Flight Cool GreyRecently, we showed you pictures of the Jordan True Flight ‘Court Blue’ and Jordan True Flight Black/Red. However, we have now spotted what may arguably be the best colorway seen on this 2009 sneaker.

The Jordan True Flight “Cool Grey” features a mixture of white pebbled leather and cool grey nubuck on the upper. Black accents are visible on the tongue, heel, and shoelaces. The ‘cool grey’ colorway always seems to have a superior effect on any sneaker (i.e. Spizike & Jordan 11).

Now that you have seen the Court Blue, Black/Red, White/Red and the Cool Grey, which colorway looks the best on the Jordan True Flight? More pics after the jump. Via katc.

Nike Air Bakin’ “Cool Grey”

Nike Air Bakin' Originally released in 1997, the Nike Air Bakin’ has created a nice buzz with its re-release this past summer. As it continues to make its timely return, many colorways have and will continue to surface. The Nike Air Bakin’ “Cool Grey” mixes different shades of grey to form one of the best colors seen on this sneaker. They sport a cool grey mesh base and midsole with a light grey overlay.

Worn by Tim Hardaway, Mitch Richmond and Kevin Garnett at one time, these kicks are extremely cushioned, very durable and provide excellent traction in the form of a solid rubber outsole. This is not a basketball-specific sneaker, however, many people wear it as an indoor/outdoor hoop shoe.

Recently, we’ve spotted them in Footlocker stores and other urban accounts, so check your local retailers asap. Would you consider this a basketball classic?
