The Culture Shoq x Asics GEL Lyte III designed by Ronnie Fieg seemed well-liked when we showed you detailed photos earlier this week. No surprise considering the fresh colorway, ultra premium leather, and pigskin suede.

Today, we get a look at the Culture Shoq x Asics GEL Lyte III Package Deal. These fresh kicks from CultureShoq are packaged with a Quintin hat, Culture Shoq tank-top, and Asics mesh bag. At only $135 for the entire package, these are sure to sell out quick. The GEL Lyte III is a performance runner from the 90’s that has gained new life in recent years as a popular lifestyle model. New colorways are constantly popping up.

The Asics GEL Lyte III is now available in two colorways, Charcoal/Charcoal, which will come with extra black laces, and Black/Grey/Silver, which features yellow and turquoise accents, as well as extra turquoise laces. As one of the more comfortable sneakers on the market, these GEL Lyte III’s would make a nice pickup for the summer. Available now for $138, these will be hitting US shores in the near future.

We recently got a look at the Asics GEL Lyte III Spring Colorways, and now a new trio of GEL Lyte III’s is set to drop next month over in Japan.

The Asics GEL Lyte III Season Spot Pack includes two bright color combos, and a more subtle white brown and black version. The white, green and red colorway features a spotted midsole treatment, while the multi-colored makeup gets a healthy dose of purple, orange, green and pink. A mix of mesh, suede and leather is creatively applied to each colorway.

David Z and Asics are back at it for another special makeup on the Gel Lyte III. The “Super Blue” Gel Lyte III combines the best of both worlds with a unique colorup as well as high quality materials. Designed again by Ronnie Fieg,  the shoe’s entirely nubuck upper sports a perforated toe box and side panel, black reflective 3M, and a speckle painted midsole.

The “Super Blue” Gel Lyte III will be available tomorrow at 11AM, May 1st in store at the David Z flagship location as online at DavidZ.com for $90.

We’ve seen a few nice colorways of the Asics GEL Lyte III surface over the past couple months and today we have more. HUF has just received a new shipment of the latest colorways of the Asics GEL Lyte III.

Three colorways of the are now available, a nice black, red and white color combo, a simple white, grey, and black, and finally a white, blue and red version of this popular running silhouette. The GEL Lyte III is done up in a mix of suede, mesh and leather, which has been nicely placed on each of these colorways.

This colorful make-up of the GEL Lyte III might not suit everyone’s taste, but you can’t deny the creativity behind the now worlds largest Lite Brite in the Guinness Book of World Records. If you’re a collector these are a must, and if you can pull them off in your next WDYWT post, even better!

San Diego-based advertising agency, VitroRobertson and their client Asics has officially been awarded the Guinness World Record for the Largest Lite-Brite ever constructed. The record setting light-installation was inspired by the original Hasbro Lite-Brite toy that was hugely popular during the late 1960’s. The piece was constructed using 347,004 Lite-Brite colored pegs, creating a replica of the ASICS GEL-Lyte III that was 9 x 14 feet.

In 2009, the world’s largest Lite-Brite Asics Gel Lyte III will be touring the country, traveling to concerts, parties and events like the Summer X-Games, The MTV Music Awards and Lollapalooza.
