A couple of weeks ago, Jordan Brand released the third official colorway of the Jordan 60+ (Atlanta Hawks). Surprisingly, this model has been well-received by many sneaker enthusiasts. With that said, JB is now set to unleash the fourth colorway in the form of this Jordan 60+ “Boston Celtics”.

If you recall, MJ himself dropped 69 points on the Boston Celtics in a playoff game. Wouldn’t it be nice to see Jordan Brand’s own Ray Allen try his hand at 69 points while wearing these? The Boston Celtics inspirations are very noticeable such as the white and green splatter design throughout the midsole. In addition, green and black details appear throughout the upper as well. The Jordan 60+ will release in a Boston Celtics and Cleveland Cavaliers colorway in November. These colorways are meant as an allusion to the teams Michael faced while recording his phenomenal 60+ point games.

We compiled an extensive list of 15 Sneaker Possibilties for Dwyane Wade this Season, and this particular sneaker could have easily been incorporated. Yet, we shied away from involving it due to its team inspiration. It is very similar to the original 60+ colorway that released in August seeing that it possesses a mostly black base. However, its distinctive, Atlanta Hawks inspired accents include yellow contrast stitching throughout the base, a red inner lining and a yellow/red color design on the sole. Following last month’s release of the Jordan 60+ Black/White-Varsity Red, Jordan Brand is set to release second installment of the 60+ model in the form of this “Laney High School” colorway. Check your nearest Jordan Brand retailer tomorrow, September 19th, 2009 for this 60+ colorway.

This particular sneaker draws most, if not all, of its inspiration from the infamous Air Jordan 5 Retro “Laney High School”. With that said, this 60+ also pays tribute to Michael Jordan’s high school. This hybrid, which takes elements from the the Air Jordan I, the Air Jordan II, the Air Jordan V and the Air Jordan VII, owns a predominately white leather upper with royal blue and varsity maize accents throughout the upper. Likewise, the sole features the same colors. As stated earlier, check your nearest Jordan retailer for this sneaker tomorrow.

All year long, Jordan Brand has been honoring MJ through various sneaker releases such as various 60+ themed packs, Hall of Fame-inspired shoes and a new hybrid model dubbed the Jordan 60+. The latter sneaker first released in a black/red-white colorway and will soon hit retailers in a Laney High School inspired color scheme. However, we have now spotted what may be the next Jordan 60+ style in the form of this Detroit Pistons themed shoe.

If you recall, the Detroit Pistons were one of the teams Jordan scored 60 or more points on. As for the makeup of this shoe, it seems to possess a similar textured base as the original colorway in that it features a predominance of black nubuck but also features areas of patent leather. The Pistons attributes appear in the form of the blue contrast stitching throughout the base. In addition, the speckled midsole and tongue both contain the Detroit Pistons blue and red as well.
