Jordan Hallowed Ground Black/Volt

Jordan Hallowed Ground Black/Volt

As basketball season approaches, we’re starting to see more and more performance silhouettes getting new color-ups. We’ve seen the Hallowed Ground in a number of colorways, including the Rip Hamilton and Oak Hill Academy PEs and this general release Grey/Black pair, and next up is this Jordan Hallowed Ground in Black and Volt.

The uppers on these are all black nubuck, hit with double contrast stitching in Volt yellow. The back of the midsole uses a black-to-yellow gradient, which is also hit with black splatter on the heel. Matching the Jumpman logo near the heel is the white outsole. Look for these soon, and if it’s only the colorway you’re after, check out these Air Jordan Spizike Winterized Boots with the same treatment.

Jordan Hallowed Ground Grey/Black

Jordan Hallowed Ground Grey/Black

We’ve seen a couple Jordan Hallowed Ground releases as of late, including the Oak Hill Academy PEs we saw this morning. It looks like Jordan is limited this silhouette to exclusives though, as witnessed in this Hallowed Ground Grey/Black colorway.

Using the always clean grey-scale color pattern of black, grey and white, these HG’s will release later this fall stateside, but are available now at Japan’s Kinstor. As you can see, this color-up does not use the striped outsole approach borrowed from the Jordan X, like the Rip Hamilton PE we saw last week. A shiny black midsole compliments the upper’s matte-finish black suede, and dual shades of grey.

Jordan Hallowed Ground “Oak Hill Academy”

Jordan Hallowed GroundThe Jordan Hallowed Ground is one of the multiple JB sneakers to look out for during the upcoming 2009-2010 NBA season. Recently, we showed you the Richard Hamilton PE; however, we have spotted an Oak Hill Academy version of this sneaker.

If you recall, Jordan Brand has designed a number of sneakers in the Oak Hill Academy color scheme. It features a predominately black suede base with red contrast stitching throughout the upper. One of the more interesting features on this shoe is the red and black gradient-like design on the midsole. This Jordan Hallowed Ground “Oak Hill Academy” will hit select retailers in November 2009. Jordan Hallowed Ground Rip Hamilton PE

Jordan Hallowed Ground Rip Hamilton PEThe Jordan Hallowed Ground debuted earlier this year in preparation for the upcoming hoops season, and it looks like one of the best all-around players will be playing in his own PE in Detroit’s Rip Hamilton.

The Man in the Mask will be sporting these white and blue Jordans starting in less than a month when the season begins, and sometime later this fall these will be available in-store. These use a mix of blue nubuck, white tumbled leather and white patent on the uppers. The sole uses a mix of blue and transparent icy rubber, in a pattern straight off of the Air Jordan 10, while the aforementioend uppers channel the AJIXs. These become a true PE with the “Rip City” embroidery on the tongue, and the red Jumpman logo on the heel, tying the Pistons’ colors in completely.

Look for Rip in the upcoming season of Kicks On Court and click here to see more pics.

Jordan Hallowed Ground White/Black + White/Navy Blue

Jordan Hallowed GroundThe Jordan Hallowed Ground, along with a slew of other basketball sneakers, will represent this year’s Jordan basketball lineup. We have already shown you this sneaker in black/red, white/black-red and the white/deep blue colorways. In addition, photos of two more Jordan Hallowed Ground colorways have surfaced on the web and will also be available at the start of the 2009-2010 NBA season.

The Jordan Hallowed Ground undoubtedly takes on a similar, bulky shape from the Jordan Olympia and the Air Jordan IX. As for the color makeup, one pair features a primarily white leather base with minimal black details throughout the upper, while the remaining pair contains navy blue accents. Both pair also possess a speckled midsole with a gradient-like design towards the heel of the shoe. If you are interested in the Jordan Hallowed Ground, check your nearest retailers in November. Jordan Hallowed Ground White/Deep Blue

Jordan Hallowed Ground

Jordan Brand has released a couple of summer basketball sneakers this year such as the Jordan Element (see Performance Review) and the Jordan Schoolin’. However, the Jordan Hallowed Ground, set to appear some time in the fall of 2009, has been on many sneaker enthusiasts radar since the first colorway surfaced. Photos of yet another colorway have now shown up on the web.

The latest Jordan Hallowed Ground features a deep blue-colored tongue, lacing section and midfoot area surrounded by a white leather base. Other details include a deep blue Jumpman logo on the heel panel and white shoelaces; yet, the sole incorporates one of the more interesting features on this shoe. It owns a splattered, gradient-liike design beginning with white on the frontal part and ending in a solid deep blue color. No word yet on when this shoe will officially release, however, click here to view detailed photos.
