The Kobe IV was created upon Mr. Bryant’s request for a low-cut shoe that could prevent himself from losing seconds in reaction time. This sneaker is equipped with special technology in the form of Flywire, Lunar Foam, and Zoom Air.

Seven colorways have surface on the web, so click the jump to see every pair. These kicks will retail for $120 in January. I understand the reaction time request, but did he forget about the appearance of the shoe? Come on Kobe!

The pack includes this Hyperdunk which is called the “Making History” Hyperdunk which takes tones from the first colorway of the Zoom Kobe IV and adds some lasering to commemorate Kobe’s career. Before the Nike Hyperdunk came around, Nike released one more colorway people wanted in some limited numbers. In Taiwan, the very last colorway of the Zoom Kobe III was released in the “Super Maize” tone which is basically the cousin of the initial general release with an incredible injection of yellow.

Kobe has a great fan base spanning across the Pacific and with that comes many exclusives released out of immediate reach for the North American consumer. These just popped up on eBay.

Now taking that inspiration this Hyperdunk was made in the FC Barcelona colors. Which also takes the crest from the Spanish club and also carries Kobe’s shozoko and number 24. The sneaker consists of patent leather on the toe along with red and yellow accents, symbolizing McDonald’s signature colors. Kobe Bryant’s high school number 33 is stitched in red on the front of the shoe while “All American” is scripted on the insoles of the shoe in a french fry design. Inspired by Kobe Bryant’s McDonalds High School All-American year, these kicks are not expected to release in any general stores. If they were released in stores would you get them?
