Lacoste’s Cadmus model has been well-received amongst the sneaker heads that favor simplicity over complex designs. After showing you two colorways of the Cadmus UE in the summer, we now have photos of the Cadmus S in two more colorways.

The Cadmus S features a 100% premium leather base combined with a monochromatic sole, inner lining and shoelaces. As added details, the Lacoste alligator logo is embossed just above the midsole (medial panel) and on the tongue. This Cadmus S (dark navy, cream) will be available at select retailers in Asia. The high-top tennis shoe’s white base with pink, teal and purple accents keeps the old-school appeal of the originals, which were nearly identical to this retro version. The original can be seen in the fist picture set below. Another small detail changed for 2009 is the placement of the LimitEDition logo on the tongue under Lacoste’s own logo.

It seems like every brand is bringing back classics as of late, and while Lacoste may not be the first choice in sneakers for many, these pair definitely succeeds at channeling an older era.

As the summer winds down, we will continue to see more and more simpler styled sneakers as opposed to the loud, head-turning styles that take over each summer. With that said, Lacoste has just released two classy Cadmus colorways as part of its Stealth Collection.

The Cadmus owns a sleek high top silhouette with heavily perforated side panels and toe box. It also features a puffy collar and a beige inner lining. One pair will come in an all-white base, while the remaining pair possesses an all-black colorway. Both pairs are available now at SoleWhat. However, expect them to show up at other select Lacoste retailers soon. Click here to view additional photos.

The Shoes-Up x Lacoste Missouri comes in an all black colorway, with a wool material upper. The inner lining is done up in silk, in a deep burgundy color. Shoes-Up and Lacoste share space on a crested logo on the insole. The design is an effort to pay tribute to the Basque Beret, a French icon. Included with the kicks will be a 148 page “Beret” photograph book, packaged in a unique hat box.

These kicks are extremely limited, only 160 pair have been made. They dropped December 1st, in France at Colette, as well as Reed Space (New York), Dover Street Market (London), Limited Edition (Barcelona).

The inspiration for these kicks came from a worldwide advertisement Lacoste ran in 2007. The ad did so welll, that they decided to bring these shoes for the Fall 2008 season. The Missouri 85 has been a staple in the Lacoste collection since it’s inception back in 1985. This exclusive version gets a bold color treatment fitting to the Florida release location, along with multicolor laces and neon lining.
