Sneaker Freaker and New Balance have paired up for this 850 runner, set to release December 5ht as a part of the Global SMU Program. If you recall, we got a single picture sneak peek of this sneaker, as it made the cover of the popular sneaker magazine for Issue 16.

To show their Aussie roots, kangaroo leather has been applied around the toe cap. The orange-tan hue is matched with mesh on the topside of the toe, while black suede, leather and mesh are used for the remainder of the upper. Bright yellow accents are used on the heel tab, logo outline, as an accent on the midsole and for the liner. We also get a look at the custom insole, where the Sneaker Freaker name gets the same “slashed” treatment as the New Balance name logo.

Now that we get a better look at this newly-stateside silhouette, do you agree with the 850 making our list of “9 Sneakers We’re Looking Forward to in ‘09″?

The MT580 has been a canvas for collaborations this year. This year, we spotted the HECTIC x mita x New Balance MT580, realmadHECTIC x mita x New Balance MT580 and the 686 x New Balance MT580 just to name a few. In addition, New Balance hooked up with Undefeated, Stussy and Hectic for yet another MT580.

This MT580 a mainly dark navy blue suede upper combined with a white midsole and gum bottom. As a nice color contrast, this sneaker also features a purple inner lining. The New Balance 574 has been a canvas for a number of styles this year. Specifically, we have spotted the Lux edition and the Clips Collection just to name a couple. Now, New Balance will unleash two new colorways of the New Balance 574 hybrid boot.

These highly-designed New Balance 574 hybrid boots contain multiple textures including mesh, premium leather and suede. As for the colorway, both pairs were inspired by outdoor trail jackets. one owns a blue/black-pink color scheme, while the other pair is dressed up in a yellow/blue/grey-black color scheme. This colorup of the New Balance 996 features a super soft suede and high quality mesh upper hand crafted in the USA.  The 996 features a soft full length midsole plus a heel ENCAP providing extra durability and stability.

The Grey/Black/Yellow New Balance 996 is available this fall in stores at select New Balance retailers and online at nbwebexpress for $89.99.  Yes you read that right, a shoe made in America for less than $90.

New Balance keeps things rolling with fresh colorways, working in a hit or miss hot pink on this pair of MT580s. While they may not be as wild as some Newbies we’ve seen, these are similar to their design scheme to the New Balance 575 Trail.

Utilizing simple color blocking, multiple shades of grey work together to provide a base for the bright shade of pink to work against. Suede in a dark grey caps off the toe, while black, white and pink combine to create the mid- and outsole.

These are available now at New Balance retailers.

The New Balance M670 designed with Norse Projects has arrived stateside. We got a great detailed look at these particular sneaks last week, when they hit European retailers. But the news here is that the Danish-designed and English-made Newbies are now being American-sold.

This shoe features a predominantly navy blue suede upper with multiple sections of green mesh throughout the base, and a white liner and midsole. Shoe Gallery in Miami just received their shipment and has them for sale now.

This is not Hectic and mita’s first foray with the MT580, or for that matter, these colors on an MT580. But for this adventure, simpler color blocking was chosen. Breaking the gradient we saw on the last New Balance collaboration, this pair opts for solid panels of light and dark blue.

The white panels are gone on this one, though the outline on the “N” logo is still clean and white. Carolina suede is used for the majority of the upper, with the exception of the toe top and midsole, where navy blue is used. The liner is light grey and top lacehole yellow, which breaks up the color palette. Finally, the same “Go Hectic” red tag is found on the laces.
