Lately, we have seen a fresh wave of the Air Max Light colorways such as the light grey/white/hot red-blue, the “Tecmo Bo” and the “Fresh Water”. Nike shows no sign of stopping the Air Max Lights recent resurgence by offering yet another colorway of the Air Max Light at select retailers.

Similar to the first colorway mentioned above, this particular sneaker features a predominance of grey throughout the side and heel panel. In addition, different shades of blue make up most of the other sections of the swoosh such as the swoosh and midfoot area. We rarely see an abundance of Air Max Light colorways; however, when they do surface, we can expect fresh styles and colorways such as the “Tecmo Bo” and the “Fresh Water”. In the same manner, we have spotted another nice Air Max Light colorway at select retailers including Purchaze.

Although not possessing a specific colorway nickname as the aforementioned styles, this particular shoe features a very peculiar color scheme. The base is covered mostly in grey, while hot red and blue colored accents grace the upper in multiple sections. As stated earlier, this Air Max Light is now available at Purchaze. Nike’s running line from the early 90’s was a selection full of what would become classic sneakers. One of the silhouettes that is often overlooked is the Air Max Light. An exclusive colorway of the Nike Air Max Light has now arrived at JD Sports.

A combination that has become popular amongst JD exclusive sneakers, this Air Max Light consists of white, obsidian, grey, and blue. The combination of suede and mesh is seemingly perfect to this era of running sneakers, this time around is no different. Available now for about $135.

Summertime is always a good time to pick up some fresh runners, low tops always seem to get the most shine through the summer months. Nike has two new colorways of the Air Max Light hitting retailers this month, just in time to have you lookin’ fresh and clean as summer hits.

The Air Max Light is a mix of two classics, the Air Max 90, and the Air Max 1. The midsole is almost completely AM1, while the upper is a perfectly balanced mix of both silhouettes. This month two colorways are hitting stores. One featuring black with Volt accents, and a second with black, Midnight Fog and amber accents. Both respectable color combos that should be welcomed by many sneakerheads.

Last month, Nike released the “Fresh Water” Pack in which many of you dubbed one of the better sneakers packs of 2009 so far. Thanks to Daily Drop, we have now spotted an exclusive Nike Air Max Light featuring the same, infamous colorway.

This particular Air Max Light contains a mostly white textile leather upper with minimal fresh water accents on the swoosh, tongue and outsole. To coincide with the fresh water accents on the base, this shoe also features a fresh water visible Air sole unit. Click here to view detailed photos.

Air Max Light JD Sports ExclusivesAs a major player in the shoe game JD Sports has hooked up with Nike a number of times to bring back some vintage styles from the 90’s in exclusive colorways. The Air Max Light is one of those early 90’s running shoes that has a silhouette that will probably never go out of style.

This latest colorway in Black/White Varsity Red is always a sneakerhead favorite (Thanks you MJ), and this version does not disappoint. This Air Max Light features mesh and synthetic uppers, along with that famous air bubble. This JD Sports exclusive will set you back £84.99 and is available now. So are these UK exclusives worth the hefty prices we have to pay to get them here in the States?

Nike Air Max Light Black Dark PurpleThe Nike Air Max Light is one of those long lasting running shoes from Nike, that seems to have been guzzling from the fountain of youth. It seems no matter how many colors are released, there is always demand for more.

This Black/Dark Purple colorway is hot, and will most likely be in high demand. The dark gray and mulberry accents really add just enough to the look of the shoe, without taking anything away from it. This Air Max Light continues the trend of late 80’s/early 90’s retro running sneakers from Nike. A trend that I can definitely say I like seeing.
