’s fixed gear bicycle shoe of choice has dropped in a number of colorways lately, with the first half of the eight-shoe city-inspired package releasing, and the more recent “Mellow Johnny’s” TZ. The last Air Zoom Tiempo we saw, designed by Artoo, is actually confirmed as the “Berlin” release, while these other two are the San Francisco and Paris designs.

The Paris design features a very simple all black make-up, with touches of reflective black material. For the San Francisco pair, designed by Massan, a dark cinder colorway is chosen for the uppers, with sole-matching gum contrast stitching throughout. An orange Swoosh and heel stitching finish off the colorway. The third pair, dedicated to Berlin, we saw a few days ago, though these pictures reveal even more of the multicolor stitching.

All three will release this Saturday, November 7th, alongside a re-release of the “Mellow Johnny’s” pair.

Nike’s Air Zoom Tiempo has steadily become the fixed-gear biking shoe of choice, as we’ve seen LIVESTRONG and various world class cyclists give it various treatments for the last few months. Journalist, designer, photographer and DJ Henrik Kuerschner, who goes by Artoo, designed this most recent pair, which somehow manages to have a ton of colors and be solid white all at once.

Artoo took inspiration from riders leaving their tire marks in the snow, leaving different tracks in various shapes and paths. The upper and sole are actually white, but contrast stitching comes in purple, red, pink, teal, yellow and green. Expect these at 21 Mercer and Nike Berlin later this Fall.

How do these stack up to the other Air Zoom Tiempos we’ve seen? Better than the LIVESTRONG x Nike “Mellow Johnny’s” TZs?

Because they’re a LIVESTRONG dedication, they of course iare decked out in black and yellow. The uppers mix premium oiled leather and tear-resistant suede, ideal for riders. Mellow Johnny’s logo appears on both tongues, and the insoles are designed differently, though each pays tribute to the collaborative efforts. STARKS Laces put together a special set for shoe, adding labeled black tips for a refined but aggressive look. And because these are a very limited release that will be available at 21 Mercer and Lance’s shop, the host town is paid tribute with “Austin” and “Texas” on the heels of each respective shoe. Expect these to drop this Saturday, October 24th, at the above locations.

and the M65 jacket, Shoe Gallery in Miami dressed up the shop.

If you recall from the last time we showed you these soccer-turned-biking sneakers, October, 2nd, was the date Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with cancer. The first four colorways were released on that date. 8 colorways were designed for this collection, each by a different professional rider. The list of riders is as follows: Kyle Demers from New York City, Jupiter Desphy from Los Angeles, Superted from London, Takaharu “Hal” Okada from Tokyo, Yorgo Tloupas from Paris, Henrik Kuerschner from Berlin, Massan from San Francisco, and Lance Armstrong from Austin. The Paris, Berlin, San Francisco and Austin colorways are involved in this release.

Shoe Gallery’s taken the time to set up the store for the release, displaying the shoes and matching jacket, as well as a ton of LIVESTRONG branding. Tomorrow the goods will all be available in-store, so head on down tomorrow, or bike down to really get in the flow of things.

If you’re a regular Nice Kicker you’ve seen these silhouettes before. If not, these Air Zoom Tiempo LAFs are Nike’s response to the burgeoning fixed-gear cycling movement. Nike took their Tiempo model that was originally crafted with soccer in mind and made a few alterations to make the shoe more fitting for a fixie.

If you recall, October 2nd is the day Lance Armstrong was diagnosed with the cancer. Therefore, Nike will be re-releasing these tomorrow. There are eight total colorways to release each representing a cyclist and their city. The list of cyclists follows: Kyle Demers from New York City, Jupiter Desphy from Los Angeles, Superted from London, Takaharu “Hal” Okada from Tokyo, Yorgo Tloupas from Paris, Henrik Kuerschner from Berlin, Massan from San Francisco, and Lance Armstrong from Austin.

Specifically, the New York, Los Angeles, London, and Tokyo colorways that are displayed will release at Tier Zero accounts tomorrow, October 2nd. As of now, a release date for the latter four have not been announced, but stay with us for an update.
