Nike Big Nike High Dark Grey/Metallic Silver

Nike Big Nike High Dark Grey/Metallic Silver

The Nike Big Nike, which many look at as the Dunk Junior, is continuing to roll out, as we’ve seen numerous colorways for both this year and next. This grey colorway we see here is for the former, as it’s currently available at select retailers. These take a cue from the Eddie Cruz AF1s, using a reptile print throughout.

The toe cap area is made up of grey suede, while white leather is used for a good option of the upper. Contrasting the white is a grey reptile material throughout the mid-panel. A metallic silver Swoosh is used to really accent the darker shades used throughout, including the liner and tongue.

Nike Big Nike Lil Dez QS

Nike Big Nike Lil Dez QS Availability Details

Tomorrow, Nike’s second favorite commercial puppet will release his signature Big Nike as a quickstrike at all House of Hoops locations. The Nike Big Nike Lil Dez PE (That’s Puppet Exclusive) was created not only to commemorate last season’s Nike commercials with Kobe and LeBron, but also their young “neighbor” friend.

The annoying little buddy of the NBA’s finest looks to have gotten his hands on these and a marker, as the words “Congrats Kobe” are written in white script on the collar areas of both shoes. In addition, one of the insoles reads, “Kobe do you have any new shoes, can I see your shoes?“–the line Dez bugged the superstars with in the commercials. They responded with showing him an awe-inspiring collection with stacks upon stacks of Nike boxes. The real question is, now that you know tomorrow is your chance, will these be added to your stacks?

They’re now available at Finish Line for just under $80. These feature the old-school Air Jordan 1 colorway, transferred onto this newer silhouette. The glasses on the tongue label pay tribute to the ones he wore portraying Mars Blackman alongside Michael Jordan in the legendary commercial series. Years later, of course, Jordan Brand combined shoes Spike helped promote to create the Jordan Spizike.

Nike Big Nike High “LBC”

Nike Big Nike High "LBC"Snoop’s hometown is paid tribute in this upcoming release, a Nike Big Nike High, draped in purple and black.

It’s a little surprising that no yellow made its way on to this tribute sneaker as a Lakers tribute. Instead, black, purple and white are the the choice leathers. The white portions are diamond-pattern perforated and the other sections are patent leather. On the heel, the namesake big “Nike” is gne and replaced with large “LBC” block letters. These will release tomorrow, 9/26, at Proper.

Would Snoop co-sign on these Long Beach-dedicated Nikes?
