Earlier this week, we informed you of the latest House of Hoops location showing up in Dallas, Tx. As with every House of Hoops opening, there will be exclusive releases that you will not find at any other store.

With that said, check out this Nike Hyperize dubbed the “Dallas 972″. Obviously, ‘972′ is one of the area codes in Dallas. It is represented on this shoe by way of the tongue. It features a multi-colored upper that incorporates black, white, grey and blue in represnetation of the Dallas Cowboys/Dallas Mavericks.

The Nike Hyperize “Dallas 972″ will be available tomorrow November 21st, 2009 at the Dallas House of Hoops in Town East Mall. Click here to view additional photos.

Nike Hyperize - Takehiko Inoue

The Nike Hyperize has seen plenty play since its initial release. Who knows if it was the White Men Can’t Jump colorways or the Nike “Don’t Criticize, Hyperize” campaign but, regardless, the Hyperize is currently omnipresent on basketball courts. Whether it be PEs in the NBA, Team colorways in college and high school, or GRs on street courts, everybody is Hyperizin’, not criticizin’.

Nike had Takehiko Inoue of Slam Dunk contribute to the Hyperize collection by adding his own flow to the silhouette. The sneaker sports a white and powder blue colorway. White leather frames the flywire paneling inserted into the upper. On top of this leather are Manga illustrations inscribed with 3M.

Unfortunately, this illustrious sneaker is an Asia-exclusive.

Although our Kicks On Court just began a week ago, we have seen a plethora of Nike Hyperize colorways. Due to injury, the Hyperize Pau Gasol PE is one that we have not seen yet due to injury. Yet, it is now availble at select retailers such as Kix-Files.

This sneaker features a multiple hints of purple and gold to coincide with the Los Angeles Lakers color scheme. The flywire design, tongue and outsole are done up in purple, while the swoosh, shoelaces come in gold. This sneaker will more than likely be the ‘Home’ version seeing that it possesses a predominance of white leather. As stated earlier, this sneaker is now available at Kix Files. With the addition of Shaq by the Cavs, Sheed by the Celtics and Vince by the Magic, Ben Gordon’s move to Detroit went overlooked by many. A solid player in all regards with the ability to explode at any moment, Gordon is a great acquisition for the hurting Pistons. And it looks like Gordon made a solid acquisition of his own, though his was for his closet and came in the form of these Nike Hyperize PEs.

Using the Piston’s red, white and blue color scheme similar to Andre Igoudala’s Banned PEs, these Nikes take a white leather base for the upper, while red and blue Flywire paneling is also used. Blue accents also appear on the midsole and around the ankle. The tongue show his initials and number, which helps differentiate these from something we might see for Clippers rookie Blake Griffin when he gets back on the court.

These are available now, and keep an eye on Kicks On Court to see Ben Gordon lace these up.

The Houston Rockets and Astros have donned some wild color schemes in each franchise’s respective history. Inspiration was drawn from the days when Clyde Drexler was on the court and Nolan Ryan on the mound, leading each pair in this pack to the colors they sport.

A bright orange upper is made with Flywire and patent leather represents for the ‘Stros. Accents come in the form of a tri-color outsole, white midsole and yellow heel cup and laces. For the other pair, regular red leather replaces patent, and a black tongue, heel cup and midsole. A yellow Swoosh, laces, outsole and liner complete the colorway.

This pack is releasing for the opening of the newest House of Hoops location in Northline Mall in Houston and will be available starting tomorrow.

Nike Hyperize NCAA Pack

4 NCAA heavy hitters’ Nike Hyperize team PEs are releasing as House of Hoops exclusives in the near future. Illinois, UConn, USC and Texas’ sneakers will drop, representing 4 major conferences, 4 areas of the USA and 4 storied basketball programs.

Illinois is representing for the Midwest, as their Hyperizes use a Navy base with orange Flywire and accents. UConn’s color scheme appears with white and red as a base, with navy blue accents. Like all of these PEs, the school logo appears on the top of the mesh tongue. USC and Texas’ shoes both use black bases for their “away” PEs. The Trojans’ upper gets a patent leather treatment, with yellow Flywire and scarlet accents. Texas’ official school colors are Burnt Orange and white, so the Flywire, outsole and Swoosh outline all appear in the dark orange hue. This may be a sneaker pack before the season starts, but could it be a look at 4 teams with their eyes on the 2010 Final Four in Indiana.

Andre Igoudala’s Nike Hyperize PEs Banned

Nike HyperizeAt the end of last week, we showed you Los Angeles Lakers power forward Pau Gasol’s Nike Hyperize PE in which many of you liked a lot. Although it will releases some time in November, we have spotted three new PEs that will not see the light of day even on the NBA hardwood.

First off, these three Hyperize colorways are PEs for Philadelphia 76ers small forward Andre Igoudala. At a first glance, you may be wondering why these sneakers were banned from the NBA seeing that the colors undoubtedly coincide with the 76ers jerseys. However, they were banned because of the gum sole each one possesses. In your opinion, is that a legitimate reason to ban these shoes? On another note, click here to see what sneakers Andre used as a replacement for the aforementioned Hyperize’s.
