Nike Zoom Force 1 “Safari”

Nike Zoom Force 1 Safari Snowboard BootWe introduced you to the Nike Zoom Force 1 a while back. The Zoom Force 1 is the snowboard boot Nike has chosen to attack their newest industry, snowboarding, with a ferocious selection of boots for this snowboard season.

The Nike Zoom Force 1 Safari is the latest release from Nike Snowboarding, sharing the safari print and some of the coloring from their Air Force 1 siblings. The print is fairly low key in these colors, so you can be lost in the woods in no time. To keep your feet nice and dry, they feature the same inner liner and toe fabrication that are standard on the Zoom Force 1. As you would expect from Nike, there is also matching gear to keep the rest of you dry and in style while you are out on the slopes.

Available this month from Nike Snowboarding. Detailed pics after the break.

Nike Snowboarding Fall/Winter Preview

Nike Snowboarding Toy Boots Fall/Winter PreviewNow we all know that Nike equals sports, but this is a new venture. The Nike Snowboarding Fall/Winter Preview shows us once again that no matter what sport, Nike is ready to push the envelope. Will they do to snowboarding, what they have done to skateboarding?

Granted, these pictures are only of the promotional toys released by Nike, but we can see they are prepared. Design cues from the Air Force One’s, combined with the comfort of Zoom Air proves that. Six colorways, one of which might have a little Stash influence, got me ready to hit the slopes and shred. Now that we know that Nike knows snowboarding, the only question left is, does Bo know snowboarding?

Really the question is who will be the first to get a signature snowboard boot with Nike? Shaun White, Danny Kass or maybe Kevin Pearce? My money is on Shaun.
Pics from CtotheJL. Check out the detailed shots after the break.
