Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Chaos” Update

Nike Zoom Kobe IV One of the most anticipated kicks for 2009, the Nike Zoom Kobe IV has surfaced in many colorways, and even made their way onto Nike iD. The Joker inspired “Chaos” colorway is arguably the best to be seen so far.

The Zoom Kobe IV “Chaos” was originally set to drop January 10th, but has now been changed to release in limited numbers on January 17th. Locations for the release have not yet been disclosed but we’ll have you updated as soon as we get the info.

So will you be headed out with your camping gear to cop these?

Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Playoff Pack”

Nike Zoom Kobe 4 Playoff PackA couple of days ago we showed you the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 “MPLS”; yet, we have spotted another colorway of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV.

Supposedly this Nike Zoom Kobe IV White/ Black- Maize is part of a forthcoming “Playoff Pack”. To say the least, this particular colorway coincides better with the Los Angeles Lakers alternate jerseys than the “Home” colorway he has been wearing.

It features a predominately white upper with black and gold accents on the shoelaces, swoosh, ankle area and tongue. Unlike the previous colorways of the Nike Zoom Kobe IV, the tongue also features Kobe’s nickname, Mamba, written in bubble letters along with other designs. Do not be surprised if this is the very colorway Bryant wears for the majority of the playoffs. More detailed photos after the jump. Via Marquee Sole.

Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Carpe Diem”

Nike Zoom Kobe IV Carpe DiemKobe Bryant and Nike have created a new standard for basketball shoes with the Nike Zoom Kobe 4. Extremely lightweight and a price that is more like the price of a premium basketball shoe in the early nineties, over $60 cheaper than another signature shoe we know and love, make this undeniably one of the best shoes in the game right now.

The Nike Zoom Kobe IV “Carpe Diem” colorway is arguably the best so far, with the snakeskin toebox and the Carpe Diem emblem on the tongue. Ont top of the technology packed into these kicks, in the form of Flywire and Zoom Air, the black and yellow with just a hint of purple really makes these kicks hard to pass up, even if you’re not a Laker fan.

Available for per-order now at Eastbay. Shoes will begin shipping on January 17th. Closer look after the break.

Nike Zoom Kobe 4 “2009 NBA All-Star Game”

Nike Zoom Kobe 4 2009 NBA All Star GameEarlier today, we showed you Kobe Bryant’s ESPN interview in which he showcased and described his latest sneaker, the Nike Zoom Kobe 4. Supposedly, photos of Kobe’s 2009 All-Star game sneaker have surfaced on the web.

Coinciding with this year’s West colorway, the Nike Zoom Kobe 4 “2009 NBA All-Star Game” features a Red/White upper. It contains gold accents in the form of Kobe’s signature in cursive on the heel and Bryant’s logo on the tongue.

So you ask, how is Nike making an All-Star sneaker when they do not even know who is going to make the rosters? Well, if you do not think Kobe will be an all-star this year, next year, and the year after that, than you are not watching basketball!
