Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Navy Blue

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Black/Blue

Patta’s Air Max 1 collaborations have been in demand in the last few weeks. We’ve seen both a “Chlorophyll” Quickstrike and Purple Tier Zero Nike Air Max 1 receive high praise, and even got a sneak peek at a presumed Team Patta-exclusive burgundy collaboration.

Little is known about this next pair, but it does possess a far more diverse color palette than the previous pairs. Dark navy corduroy is used for the upper, matching the denim mudguard around the base. Blue perforated suede is used near the ankle and on the top of the toe, and green is the color choice for the tongue label and Swoosh. Which Patta Nike is your favorite?

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Burgundy

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Burgundy

Just yesterday we got a look at Team Patta’s conversation with Complex, where we got a good look at previous collaborations and an even better look at the Pro-KEDS Royals we saw this summer. But the talk of the video seems to be a sneak peak of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 that crew member gave us.

If you don’t already know, the association between Dutch artist Parra and retailer Patta runs deep, so it should come as no surprise that these Nikes perfectly match the Parra x Nike Sportswear Varsity jacket released with the Air Maxim 1. These could very well be a sample of Parra’s, not Patta’s, work with Nike, given the style and colorway. These feature a burgundy upper, mixing what appears to be suede with a carpeted Swoosh. The tongue logo uses the same treatment, with a light blue that matches the top eyelet and outsole section. No word on what the story is with these Nikes, but if they release, do you plan to grab a pair?

With the release of the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 “5 Year Anniversary” collaboration sneakers having gone down only days ago, the crew from Amsterdam retailer and design group Patta spoke with Complex about their start, what they’re up to now, and what’s to come in the future.

Patta is of course, Amsterdam’s premier sneaker and style spot, and has been featured on a number of collaborations we’ve seen before. If you recall the above Nikes, you surely remember their purple brothers, and the super clean Pro-KEDS collaboration pack we saw this past summer. Patta reveals some big plans for the coming years, and we get a look at some more of their collaboration work they’ve done.

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium Tomorrow, the Patta x Nike Air Max 1 will drop at LiveStock’s Toronto & Gastown locations, giving our brothers to the North a shot at one of the cleaner sneaker collaborations of the year.

If you recall, Amsterdam-based retailer Patta put together a unique mix of materials to set these Air Max 1s apart. Denim, canvas, mesh and nubuck all come together in the classic “Chlorophyll” sense, combining for a simple build. The look is easy to appreciate, and this colorway more positively received than its purple twin. Quantities will be limited, so Canadian Air Max 1 lovers should make sure to get out early.

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 TZ Purple

Just a few days ago we saw Patta’s chlorophyll green Nike Air Max 1, with information on its availability. Good news for those of you who aren’t feeling green, as Patta also dropped these purple Tier Zero runners today, in-store only.

These are essentially the same as the green Nikes above, as they mixing denim, canvas and nubuck with simple paneling. The mudguard is purple denim, as are the Swoosh and Air Max bubble. Grey nubuck is used on the upper panels, and a matching purple Patta logo adorns the tongue. This pair also features the gum colored 5 year anniversary insole.

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium

Patta x Nike Air Max 1 Premium

Amsterdam’s Patta partnered with Nike on this pair of Air Max 1s to celebrate their fifth anniversary, rumored to release sometime in November. This obviously isn’t Patta’s first time around the block with a collaboration, but having seen an 1 of 3 Air Max 1 surface on eBay months ago, we have a scale by which to compare this most recent design.

At first glance, they appear to be a simple white, forest and grey colorway, but the mix of materials sets this one apart. White mesh is used on the toe, along the laces and the heel panels, while a little bit of grey canvas stretches across the top of the toe and heel cap. That same grey hue is used on the upper-most portions of the mid-panel, as well. The splash guard and Swoosh both use a Chlorophyll green woven material, which is a darker shade than the green used in the “Chlorophyll” colorway we’ve seen from Nike before. As noted above,  this Nike was done up to commemorate Patta’s 5 year anniversary, as noted by the “2004″ on the insole.

Daily Drop has the info on how to get these on Pre-Order. Having seen the sample before, which Patta Air Max is your favorite?
