Premium Geezy at Premium Goods

Premium Geezy at Premium Goods808’s and Heartbreak was a decent album, but real heads have been waitin’ for the 718 and NeckBreaks! These Premium Geezy shirts fresh and come in colorways to match each of the three Yeezy’s, and the sole of the kicks are done up in the glow in the dark as well!

Cop one of the shirts and you’ll get onto the list to buy some of the Air Yeezy’s, but this is a can’t lose situation. So if you don’t get the colorway that drops tomorrow, your name will be held for the next colorway of the Air Yeezy to release!

Check out a short video of the Air Yeezy’s, and Premium Geezy’s at Premium Goods by clicking here.

Premium Goods x Fila Original Tennis

Premium Goods x Fila Original Tennis

Just a month ago Premium Goods released their first sneaker collaboration, the Premium Goods Nike Zoom Kobe 1. This week, their special make up with Fila will hit the streets. The shoes will release this Friday, September 5th, but the day before Fila will be hosting an event at their flagship store. Get the details after the jump about the event.

Several months ago we spoke to Clarance of Premium Goods about this project and gave us this insight about the inspiration for the colors and materials of the sneaker.

The Fila Tennis Classic was one of the first shoes at the $200 in the 1980’s. The other shoe was Gucci, the style that inspired Jay Z for his first S.Carter. For the colors I wanted to pay homage to both high priced shoes including Gucci, the Italian colors, and black pride.

The upper has a sort of ballistic style mesh which is to represent a bullet proof vest. Back in the day the drug dealers in Brooklyn went nuts for these kicks and the Guccis at $200.

Something you can’t see from this shot is that they come with three laces (black, green, and red) and all have gold tips as well as an all over repeating print of Brooklyn and Houston on each of the insoles.

Check out the video about the kicks and interviews about the release.

Premium Goods x Nike Zoom Kobe 1

Premium Goods x Nike Zoom Kobe 1Just in time for the 2008 Olympics, PremiumGoods. is releasing the last Nike Zoom Kobe 1, the “Atomic Kobe”, to commemorate Team USA athlete, Kobe Bryant.During the 2006 NBA All-Star Weekend in Houston, Nike invited six boutiques to take place in a design contest for an exclusive ZK-1 colorway. The stores included Alife, Huf, Nort, St. Alfred, Premiumgoods., and Undefeated. Kobe selected premiumgoods.’ design as the overall winner….

The inspiration for the “Atomic Kobe” came from numerous emotions mentioned in Kobe’s diary, the most important of which being energy. PremiumGoods. applied the infinity symbol throughout the shoe to represent the scientific equation of E=mc2, but also a rotated version of the number 8 (Kobe’s jersey number at the time). The atomic symbol on the side heel of each shoe features Kobe’s black mamba logo, representing the nucleus.

On August 8, 2008 (08.08.08), 8 pairs will be released at both Brooklyn and Houston locations for $444.
