Following the LeBron Design Competition that ended in mid-October, Project Bluefoot is at it again. This time, their teaming up with Nike to launch a brand new logo competitive activity for LeBron James.

If you recall, LeBron stated that he’s “changing my number next year. Michael Jordan’s number shouldn’t be worn by any player in the NBA” (check out our Should LeBron James Give Up #23 Jersey?).

After a few months of reviewing and critiquing, the Project Bluefoot x Air Jordan Design Competition has finally come to an end! Judges Jason Mayden (Jordan Brand Senior Designer) and D’Wayne Edwards (Jordan Brand Design Director) lent their opinion and remarks for this design competition and both stated that they were extremely impressed.

As you will see after the jump, there were some highly-detailed designs to say the least. In the midst of all the sneaker enthusiasts that entered the competition, Tom Matic walked away with the winning design (shown to the right). This particular competition involves designing a signature sneaker for none other than LeBron James. The judges for this bout will be Air Max LeBron VII designer Jason Petrie and Zoom LeBron VI designer Ken Link. The talented winner of this Bluefoot competition will win a pair of Nike Air Max LeBron VII’s.
