Puma is bringing back the R698 in a major way this year. Recently the Solebox x Puma R698 and today we have a video preview of new colorways that are available now.

Earlier today, we showed you a youtube video regarding the lacing instruction for the Solebox x Puma R698. With that said, the release date for this highly anticipated sneaker is finally upon us!

The Solebox x Puma R698 will officially release exclusively at Solebox on April 18th, 2009 for 110 Euros. Unless you have been living under a rock, you know one of the more interesting feature on this sneakers is the glow-in-the-dark shoelaces. Besides the shoelaces, you cannot help but notice the fresh colorway and use of premium material this shoe possesses. Thanks to Daily Drop for the heads up.

Yesterday, we showed you the Puma R698 Red/White-Pink which, supposedly, will be released in very limited amounts. Speaking of limited, we have now spotted the entire Puma R698 Mesh Limited Edition Lineup.

Included in this lineup are three exclusive colorways of the R698. Having already seen the Red/White, we now have photos of the Black/Grey-White and the White/Sax/Black/Orange. All three colorways contain mesh on the toe box, side panels, ankle area and heel area. In addition, all three are also equipped with a Trinomic sole. Click here to view detailed photos of each.

Last week, we showed you a youtube video of exclusive news pertaining to the Solebox x Puma R698. In addition, we now have exclusive photos of this unique collaboration between Solebox and Puma.

Many have been impatiently waiting on the release date of this sneaker (April 18th, 2009) and rightfully so. It features a predominately grey suede upper with white mesh sections on the toebox, side panels, tongue, ankle area and heel. It also contains minimal black throughout the upper as well. Dashes of pink and aqua throughout the base gives the shoe a solid, complete colorway; however, the most interesting feature this shoe possesses is the light up laces.
