Lately, we have spotted many NBA basketball players hooping in the Nike Hyperdunk night in and night out. Players such as Kobe Brant, Chris Bosh, Shawn Marion, Rashard Lewis, and Andre Iguodala have graced the hardwood with this infamous sneaker in their respective team colorways. We should all get ready to see the Hyperdunk take over the college scene as well. Here are two Hyperdunk PEs representing the University of Kentucky and Syracuse University. Both color schemes feature a black upper with its respective team colors on the tongue, shoelaces, midsole, and flywire. Each sneaker features its school’s initial on the tongue as well. I suggest you notify your friend who plays on one of these teams to slide you a pair under the table because these are fire! Via Osneaker. |

Ernie Davis who led Syracuse to the national title in 1959 and was the first black Heisman trophy winner in history was enshrined Saturday. The statue which was un-veiled has Ernie rocking some Nike’s and a modern day helmet, now the helmet is one issue but another is this. Nike wasn’t even formed when Davis played in college during his tenure. The sculptor said he was given details and football gear that would be true to the the legendary figure.
