The latest designs and colorways on the Half Cab coincide perfectly with the current season that is taking place. Year after year, sneaker enthusiasts feel that the ideal fall/winter sneaker possesses a subtle look with a simple color scheme. With that said, check out the latest Half Cab LX dubbed the “Black Blinding”.

It simply features a primarily black nubuck base with heavy white contrast stitching throughout the upper. To compliment the latter design, this shoe features a white vulcanized rubber sole with the inner lining and shoelaces of the same color. Does this clean look fit your style? We got a look at the Half Cab Pro White Label Series last week in navy, maroon and black, but it looks like we almost missed this last one–the “elm” green pair. Like the others in the series, this one is available now for about $70.

The upper is a mix of suede and leather. Near the heel the leather wrap is perforated, while suede covers the remainder, with the exception of the white label on the upper near the ankle. And of course they sit on a white vulcanized sole with a black pinstripe.

The last time we saw 3 Vans Half Cabs together, they were donning bright colors and checkerboard print with the Supreme x Vans collaboration. But now Vans has released the Half Cab Pro White Label, dropping in three colorways, all sporting the namesake white label.

Navy blue, maroon and black pairs are all available now and sit on the classic white vulcanized sole with coordinated pinstriping. The uppers on each feature a mix of leather and suede, with some perforated suede added on the heel for good measure. All also feature black laces and a black tongue, with the aforementioned white-on-white label on the side near the upper. The White Label premium knocks the price to about $70 on these.

Last time we saw the Vans Half Cab, it was sporting a green and black colorway alongside a matching Era in the “Perforated” Pack. This time, it’s wearing red and has taken a new partner in the Sk8 Hi, forming the Fall/Winter “Samil” Pack.

The Half Cab uses red and black nubuck on the uppers, filling in the gaps with a textile material in a black and white granulated print. The same print appears on the Sk8 Hi, but the red cloth liner has been replaced with a leather one. The upper red nubuck is gone, too. Both pairs sit on a white vulcanized sole with a black accent stripe and toe panel, but then again, what did you expect for these classic Vans silhouettes.

Add this pack to the long list of Vans having just released or releasing soon, right next to the Supreme x Vans Pack and the complete Fall Classics lineup, which could call for some decision-making. Like so many of the Vans we’ve seen over the years, these both feature a white vulcanized midsole with a black stripe along the top. Black suede is used all over both on the heels and toes. Green perforated sections are also used, featuring a mixture of circular and square holes. The Half Cabs get black laces while the Eras’ are white. Over the summer, Vans has released a plethora of Half Cab colorways such as the “Ethereal Blue” and the more notable DQM x Kicks HI x HUF Vans Half Cab Pack. However, none of the previously mentioned Half Cabs can compare to this Half Cab Pro color-wise.

Judging by the colorway, this Half Cab Pro maybe should have released earlier this summer rather than at the end. It vibrant makeup consist of three color tones on the upper including red (laceholder section), plum (toe area, heel panel) and violet ( side panels, collar area). It also owns turquoise Vans logo tags on the tongue and side panels. To finish it off, this multi-colored Half Cab Pro sits atop an original white rubber sole. Available now at Vans’s online store.

Lately, we have spotted a lot of dull-colored, upcoming fall/holiday releases from Vans such as the Black/Grey Suede Pack, the Del Barco LX and the Standard Issue LX Collection. On the contrary, Vans has just released this brightly-colored Half Cab at its online store for $60.

It features a predominately ethereal blue suede upper with minimal black accents in the form of the tongue, inner lining and Vans Half Cab tag logo on the side panels. To finish it off, this sneaker is complimented with a white vulcanized rubber sole and white shoelaces. Because of its vivid colorway, this shoe is ideal for the summer season to say the least.
