Wearing a Signature Player’s Shoe Against That Signature Player is a No-No…Unless You Play for the Spurs
The unwritten rule: Never wear a player’s shoe against that player. Observation: The Spurs don’t care about our unwritten rules – well, not all of them. For the most part, those that consistently wear LeBrons, Kobes or Durants locked them away when they faced that respective player (even Tyler Hansbrough gets it), but members of the Spurs tickled LeBron’s fancy by breaking the unwritten rule. We’re sure Manu Ginobili would love to take some of those LeBrons games back.
